Through the grooming of studies about sanda athlete physical ability requirement,game video analysis and expert experience screening, initially identified the core elements of physical ability model of Chinese male elite Sanda athletes, and the testing indexes of core elements of Sanda athletes'physical ability were selected through by expert experience filtering and statistical filtering, and128athletes of teams of Shandong,Beijing,the armed police and Beijing sports University were tested. Through the statistical analysis of test data, not only demonstrated the physical characteristics between different weight of excellent athletes (heavyweight, Volume level, lightweight) and the physical characteristics between athletes of different levels, but also demonstrated the relevance of the physical elements and the athletic level, And finalize the composition of the core elements of physical ability of excellent male Sanda athletes. The following conclusions are:1,The core elements of physical ability of excellent male Sanda athletes in China including10elements, which are Aerobic ability. Anaerobic ability,Maximum strength,fast strength,strength endurance, strike force,Reaction speed,moving speed, movement speed and speed endurance.2,After testing, Physical evaluation for excellent Sanda athletes, the comprehensive assessment standards to distinguish the Physical ability between athletes of level â…  and level â…¡ and the below have a certain effect.3,Relative maximum anaerobic power. Relative mean anaerobic power and Percentage reduced of anaerobic power are important to athletic level and have close relations with athletic level, and Relative levels of maximum anaerobic power is more closely with Athletic levels. Along with the athletic level increasing, athletes'relative maximum anaerobic power and Relative mean anaerobic power increased, clear differences were demonstrated between athletes of different levels.0-5s period of relative maximum anaerobic power of Sanda athletes have a more important role, which indicates that the explosive force is one of the key factors for achievements. The differences of relative maximum anaerobic power of excellent athletes at all weights r are not obvious, Relative mean power of the medium is stronger than the heavy and the light excellent athletes', and there is no difference between the heavy and the light excellent athletes, which indicates that the medium athletes'anaerobic endurance is better than the heavy and the light excellent athletes.4, Relationship between relative maximum oxygen uptake and athletic level significantly smaller than the Relative maximum anaerobic power and the relative average anaerobic power, which indicates that the contribution of anaerobic endurance to athletic level significantly higher than the aerobic endurance, and which also provided evidence for the theory of energy supplying mainly with anaerobic and aerobic secondary of sanda.5, The Straight strike force and power of back Straight Punch and whip-kick of excellent athletes showed increased features as the athlete's weight gain, and the overall differences are not obvious, the reason is that the strike force of back Straight punch and whip-kick has little difference because of the strike force of back whip-kick underdeveloped. Heavy weight athletes'four strenth form is significantly less than the other athletes; the maximum strength and strength endurance of Jigin athletes is less than the medium athletes the differences of the other two strength forms are not clear. The relevance of fast strength and athletic level is the highest, followed by the strength endurance and strike force, and the last is the maximum strength, This demonstrated that the most important strength for Sanda projects is fast strength, and followed by strength endurance and strike force, the importance of maximum strength is relatively less, and it also indicated that the maximum strength training is not enough from the opposite, the emphasis on maximum power training need to be strengthened in future.6,There i s no obvious difference of reaction speed between excellent athletes; The heavyweight athletes are significantly lower than the medium and lightweight athletes on Starting speed and movement speed and speed endurance, and the differences between the Volume level and lightweight athletes are not obvious. Movement speed, speed endurance and the reaction speed have higher relation with the athletic level, are key factors affecting the level of exercise, and the impact of starting speed is relatively little.
