Competitive sports is an important cultural patterns and civilization characteristics of the progress of human society。 Basketball is a competitive sport that is the most popular in the popularity, the highest level of industry, the strongest level of representation of sports。 Therefore, this study as Chinese competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management for the proposition is aim to build for scientific study of human resources development and management of competitive basketball coaches, to improve the comprehensive strength of China's competitive basketball coaches, to urge to the full realization of the sustainable development of human resources of the Chinese coaches, to provide for the more a reference for the human resources development and management of other competitive sports coaches。Obviously, this proposition has an extremely important theoretical significance for competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management, at the same time, it has a very important strategic significance for our country from a sporting nation to the great goal of the sports power.Research methods:The main research methods are literature data method, expert interview, case analysis, mathematical statistics method。The main subject of the research basis is based on the theory of systems theory, sociology, personnel, management, training and other disciplines。The research scope of this study is registered in the Chinese Basketball Management Center coaches (2009)。The research object of this study is physical systems (refers only to the State General Administration of sport) one two three line athletic basketball coaches。Select "resource current situation and analysis, personnel planning and selection, training and post training, personnel allocation and flow, personnel performance and motivation" the content of5respects to research the Chinese Competitive Basketball Coaches of talent resources development and management。Research path:Firstly, this study resolve the interpretation of the core concepts of competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management, through the development of human resources and management connotation and extension of the concept of parsing。 Secondly, this study further establishes the Chinese competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management direction, by analyzing the current situation and the plight of human resources in China's competitive basketball coaches。Thirdly, around Chinese Competitive Basketball Coaches talent resources development and management of "selecting-educating-using-evaluating"4links, this study analysis of each link of the status quo, and the corresponding development strategies。Finally, under the guidance of the system theory, through the holistic optimization of competitive basketball coaches of human resources development and management of the operating mechanism, this study constructs the Chinese Competitive Basketball Coaches talent resources development and management of the" four wheel drive mechanism" model, through"8"-"4"-"1" path integration。The main conclusion:Firstly, the Chinese competitive basketball coaches Talent Resources foundation is weak, lack of knowledge of resource development, rigid management system running sluggish mechanisms, human resources development and management is imperative。Secondly, the core of Chinese Competitive Basketball Coaches talent resources development and management is personnel training and post training。Personnel training and post training need to clarify the relationship of the development of quality-knowledge-ability, adhering to the quality, knowledge, and ability to both value orientation., adhering to the "combination of sports and education","general education combined with" all-round development, outstanding ability concept。Thirdly,the Chinese competitive basketball coaches development and management needs to carry on the system innovation。System innovation from two aspects:on the one hand refers to the system design, adhere to the "people-oriented" concept of development;
