The kernel of this dissertation is putting fOrward the principles for constructingcurricular system fOr the education of the Master's Degree of Education or1nstruction. Under the backgrouud of experimental training at the Master'sDegree of Educatiou or Instruction in our couutry the author believed that theeducationaI aim at this degree of teacher's training is fO8t6ring the cliuicai andspecialised teacher. This dissertation adopted historical and exPerimentalmethods in order to define the concept of clinical and specialized teacher. Theauthor fOund that the Iearning process of ndddle school stUdentS could bedivided into tbree phases, i. e., gradua11y advancing or vibrating pkase, plateauand quicIdy sporting phase. During this learning process, the out8tandingteacher onIy plays the roIes of transfOrndng culture and science into subjectS orcurricula then transfOrming subjectS or curricula into the learning activities ofstudentS.Choosing the superfine teachers of our country as the prototyPe of c1inica1 andspccialiscd teacher, this dissertation pointS out the diathesis struCture. Basing onthe diathesis stYuctllre of cliuicaI and specialised t6achen the author aualysed therelationship betWeen the educational aim aud the curriculum at this degree ofteacher's training. TherefOre, the author believed tkat the axiological orientationof the curriculum at tbis degree of teacher'8 training is providing the activities oflearning instructional theories and anatohaing tke actual instructionalprocesses.This dissertation analyses the curricuIar conten' system structure and traningactivity of active training of tke Master's Degrec of Education or Instruction inour country Basing oIl the use of reference of tbe curriculum at the Master'sDegree of Clinical Medicine and the curriculum at MBA the author putSfOrvard here the principles fOr constructing, cboosing, organising, carrying andeatimating the curriculum at this degree of teacher's tYaining.
