"The conduct of Performance" is the conduct that is ubiquitous among the human beings. This paper has the intention to study the phenomenon of "performance appeared in the life of education" in the educational linguistic situation or educational ways of understanding.There exist kinds of "prejudices" on the meaning of "performance", so, the start-point of this paper stands on presenting, organizing, questioning and re-recognizing these "prejudices". Thus, the task the should be done first lies that I should present the extensive and neglected meaning on "performance" for its linguistic origin and then propose the definition of "performance" suitable for the vision of this paper. At the same time, this first task, which aims at solving the question of definition, that is, "what is the performance", constitutes the content of the first part of this paper.Most universally significance, exactly, most universally significance from the existence and life of the human beings, performance is one of the ways of human's life and existence, it is person as existent life who takes responsibility to the certain roles, that is, it is self-projection, self-presentation and then self-openness at which arrives by role-behavior and self-exhibition, as result to persuading other's trust. The basic elements are consisted of the performer, the observer, the process of performance and the contents of performance etc. Indeed, the question of performance initially is the question of man, which presents the whole existent life of the performer, among them; "the question of role" occupies the core question. The conduct of the human's performance is responsible for and acts as "role". Performance itself is negative conduct, thus, we can only make value judgments on the significances of "who performs", "why performs", "how performs" and "how the effect of the performance".After the performance enters the areas of the educational questions, first, it implies that it establishes the substantial inner relationship with the educational topics such as production and growth and development of the "ideal new-man", the aim of this relationship is to satisfy the educational needs and to realize the possibility of man during the periods of realizing the educational possibilities. We study performance not in the way of performance for performance, but in the "human's life existence in the performance and the relation to the education", thus, probe the values of performance to the education and the life.Starting from this relation, the first part of this paper suggests the basic questions in this paper:1. How does the conduct of performance infiltrate and construct the educational life? Put it another way, how do humans and education take place and progress by the participation of the performance?2. How does education construct the human's life existence, society and culture from the perspectives of consciousness, idea and conduct by the performance?Education is "education for humans", it is "education for life", "the basis of education is the basis of life", all which establish the inner relevancy on question land question 2.Up to now, there has possibilities to understand and explanation on the question of "performance" from four levels: firstly, the level of he communicative skill and teaching skill, because performance is the certain communicative approach and teaching method. Performance on this level belongs to technology and instrumental ism; secondly, the level of symbolism, language, gesture and motion of the performance are considered as the symbols of the expression,delivery. Symbol itself has no meaning, its meaning lies in the user who use the symbol and the thing that symbol indicates; thirdly, the level of methodology, performance and the study to the performance are thought as the basis of education (especially pedagogy); fourthly, the level of ontology, performance and the understanding to performance is regarded as the human's life existence and the educational element matters.
