Belief is the latent variable in education; it is floating in the "ghost" of the school;it is the spiritual ladder to pursue the life of the educational subject. Belief is not only a cultural problem, life issues, but also a question of education. Education of our business is based on the belief of business. Facing the social reality, and the resulting belief crisis, many education workers eager to break through confusion, desire, want to be heard. Important, therefore, not only the belief of education research, teacher,student self study and writing should receive more attention.This paper from the perspective of my own life explores the life experience and education belief. It includes three parts: my story, their stories, and our search. The first part of my story in chronological order selected elementary school, junior high school,high school, undergraduate and graduate stages of "important events" and "important others" .It describes and reflects my education of life experience. The second part of the story of their main is the story of family and peers, looking for traces of me and at the same time from their body can take care of the whole era background and social cultural background. The third part is our engagement, is about the author himself, is about the exploration of teacher group of education belief and thinking and vision for education career dedicated to watch.
