This research consists of five parts, embracing seven chapters with 21 sections in total.Part one (chapter 1): This part mainly talks about the connotation of subjectivity and the characteristics of college student subjectivity. We think the subject is human, and any human has to take on the subject function if he or she wants to create life significance and value. Subjectivity here refers to such basic attributes as initiative, independence and self-behaving which are reflected in one's idea and behavior. Inter-subjectivity is a special preserved subjectivity. Inter-subjectivity here refers to the tensility formed in subject intercourse. Only under the sign of inter-subjectivity can the integral subjectivity be comprehended. Compared with other education period, the subjectivity of college students is an advanced, mature and reasonable one.Part two (chapter 2): This part aims to provide the trend of the times for student subjectivity, to make known the necessity, inevitability and impendency of such subjectivity existence and development. Market economic is a kind of subject one. The creation of market economic system ended the "plan dependence" which was hold by colleges or universities and the related persons for a long time. To cultivate talents of new economic era, special attention should be paid to the training of subjective spirit and market spirit should be accepted by higher education itself. To cope with the indefiniteness of the future and post-higher education, students should become the hosts. The reform of tuition system and employment system makes students be the subject of reality, while the deepening instruction reform has to take student subjectivity as its foundation of thinking, motivator and goal. Analysis indicates that student subjectivity is inevitable with the development of ear.Part three (chapter 3-4): This part aims to scan and create student subjectivity from such aspects as educational anthropology, politics, education economics, and culture. This part analyzes the classical basis of "epistemology" and "politics", arguing educational anthropology is the first basis of higher education; first of all, colleges or universities exist for students, so students should be "the first among equals". Besides, this part analyzes "dualistic power structuralism" and power in colleges, arguing that colleges should be "three-power list", and students' power is an important part of the power structure. The application of "cost-share theory" sets up education consumer market, where students become investors, clients. All the students, who pay so much education cost, can be satisfied only when they get pertinent instruction supply. We propose to adopt "student payment", which can effectively strengthen colleges' equalizing ability. There is a gap among the three cultures in colleges. The foundation of student subjectivity relates to its culture aspect; culture recreation needs respect for the significance and value of student subjectivity, which requires quality culture as the top of the three cultures.Part four (chapter 5-6): This part aims to nail down student subjective position and function in teaching and its management, and to explore pertinently the practicalpatterns of student subjectivity. Basing on the existed subjectivity we put forward derivative subjectivity, believing student subjectivity is original while teacher subjectivity derivative. In this part, the author analyzes various reflections of student subjectivity incompleteness, tries to explore such pertinent questions as the characteristics and operation of research teaching, improving the evaluation of student-centered teaching, and renovating "teaching visage" with modern technology. The author thinks the traditional faculty-section system, organizing design and bookishness are founded on the hypothesis which believes students are in just the same, while in fact they are different from each other. After analyzing the significance and value of student subjectivity in teaching management, we here suggest to create fr...
