No matter whether it is in the east or the west, the elementary task of the basic education is to strengthen the students' essential quality, and to enhance the students' science attainments. So the root of the basic education is public education, quality education, and life education. Curriculum is the core of school education. To be successful, each basic education reform must look for breakthrough in the curriculum reform. And the design of textbook is very important in the curriculum.The standpoint of textbook is developing step by step along with the basic education curriculum reform, from 'Textbook is knowledge' to ' Textbook is example' , to 'Textbook is medium' , to 'Textbook is topic' , to 'Textbook is a process for both teachers and students to construct and develop together' . Under the guidance of standpoint of textbook, the design of new physics textbook for senior high school must be done. And the purpose of designing is to break the age-old abuses of the current textbooks and satisfy the developing need of new physics curriculum for senior high school, according to the request of standard for senior high school physics curriculum, 2003 edition.The design of textbook must depend on the demand of curriculum standard, and the design is a re-creation to curriculum standard. At the same time, textbook and curriculum standard can examine the rationality and possibility for each other.To meet the great need of new physics textbook for senior high school, we must carry out three tasks in the thesis:1. Looking back carefully the history of our country' s physics curriculum standard (syllabus) and physics textbook for senior high school, we can get the experience and intelligence for the design of new physics textbook for senior high school; We can also enrich the idea and skill of design of physics textbook for ourcountry' s senior high school curriculum, by the complete compare Chinese current physics textbooks for senior high school with foreign countries' .2. We' 11 raise, summarize and consummate the design theory of physics textbook for senior high school. One purpose is to provide base in theory and support in intelligence for our new senior high school' s physics textbook. And the other is to provide theoretic base and design experience for other people who design physics textbooks.3. We' 11 design and provide our new and perfect edition for senior high school' s physics textbookSo, we need to outspread the treatise in four aspects step by step in the thesis:1. We must ensure the new curriculum standpoint for our country1 s basic education, ensure the basic property and give new explanations to senior high school physics education.2. Analyze carefully the cause of our country' s senior high school physics textbook reform, analyze the history of our country' s physics curriculum standard (syllabus) and physics textbook for senior high school, analyze 2003 edition of senior high school physics curriculum standard.3. We' 11 compare Chinese current physics textbooks for senior high school with foreign countries' . We' 11 analyze the theory of psychology, brain science, learning science, and the theory of learning environment design, to enlighten the theory of textbook design4. Summarize the theory of textbook design, and design our country' s new physics textbook for senior high school.
