Chinese school-teachers' living state has been greatly improved nowadays. But there still exist some negative factors within teacher culture, school management, school-education and teacher-education fields. So we should introspect thoroughly on these aspects, reforming the "extreme rationalism" tendency within, meanwhile, teachers themselves should develop their practical wisdom and autonomy.The texts of Teacher role criterion are better and better for teacher's professional development, but the series of reified and trivial rules by school have greatly limited teachers' autonomy and creativity. So school management should make a good use of the scientific institution, meanwhile, considering the specificity of teachers' work and their needs, giving them more freedom and chances for their reflective practice and professional development.School-education should stress such values as self-government and autonomy; Teacher education and professional development should stress the continuity and interacting of teachers' experience as well as their practicing wisdom.We should introspect thoroughly, historically and dialectically on the teacher criterion, school management, school education and teacher education, revealing the instrumental rationalism tendency within, so as to provide institutional support for teachers and release their creativity. Our school management should also give teachers more chances to narrate and reflect their desires, troubles and needs. Teachers themselves should understand their own superiority, inferiority and some bias on education, students, knowledge as well as teacher role so as to develop their practicing wisdom and autonomy.
