Spontaneous Social Order Theory, as the most ingenious theory of Hayek, received much compliment from scholars, but was given little attention to the internal contradictions. The theory came into being under the prevailing historical conditions and had profound significant origins and relatively rigorous theoretical foundations. More importantly, it has far-reaching practical and theoretical significance. But from the perspective of its logical basis of argument, we can still clearly find the existence of the inherent contradictions of the Spontaneous Order Theory, and the construction of division and confrontation between rationalism and evolutionary rationalism is the crux of the problem. By the dialectical analysis of Spontaneous Order Theory, and then using the Marxist philosophy view to think the whole social order theory, we can find social order is the dialectical unity of spontaneous social order and constructive social order. In practice, we should continue to improve the social order theory, so that we can provide valuable reference for building a harmonious social order. |
