As for the sense of ontology (thing-in-itself of existence-practice, teaching is teaching itself, which is an existent phenomenon and fact), the essence of modern teaching is a kind of purposeful and planned activities in which the teacher organizes the students to learn effectively. In other words, the students' effective learning is based on the students' active learning with the guidance of the teacher, tied by new type of student-teacher relationship, and is realized through the interaction among the teachers, the students, the teaching objectives, teaching resources, teaching medias. Although different learners have different preference on what to learn and how to learn, the common process of human evolution, historical background, cultural tradition, and social life make each of us show the common desires and needs or those applicable to all. On analyzing the general characters of "learners", the author explored to construct a frame of the students' effective learning, that is also a frame of analyzing effective teaching, a frame based on human beings, suitable with human beings, developing human beings in which the teacher centers efforts on the students' effective learning with the aim of students' harmonious development.The general theory of teaching is based on the theory of learning, so the teaching should not only consider how to teach but also emphasize how to learn. In this background, "learning to learn" becomes more and more important increasingly, as "the change of learning styles indicates the change of the relationship between human beings and the world, means the change of way of existence". Both the inquired learning (activity) and the cooperative learning (activity) have the prerequisite of the student's autonomous learning (activity), because only when the students learn initiatively, could the problem of the students' active participation into teaching be solved. The teaching integration of research-based learning and basic curriculum could not only show the great vitality of research-based learning, but also bring fresh vigor and vitality.Making clear the essence of teaching—promoting students' effective learning—in the sense of ontology doesn't mean to evade or even to give up the teacher's teaching responsibility. Therefore the teacher should make efforts to solve two problems. One problem is how I should waken my students, the other is how to vitalize the knowledge and make the knowledge personalized. In the actual teaching practice, "the forming of interests, the undertaking of responsibility, the internalizing of expectation, and the kind applying of punishment, etc." are all the basic approaches to waken the students effectively which could be applied alone or comprehensively. "Concerning themselves about the teaching process, about the acquisition of the language of disciplines, about the students' practice and consolidation, about the development of learning resources, etc." make up the inevitable problems for the teacher's effective teaching to think over and to solve.As an achievement of 20th century, the concept of "formation" means "the success of formation", that is the win of "formation" over "existence". In essence, education is a guiding and cultivating process in which the guidance and cultivation not only appears the people's pursuit of intelligent lives, but also shows people's concerns about the students' personalities formation, "the human beings improve themselves in and through creative activities", and the attainment of social aims is realized indirectly through the formation of human beings. In this sense, the realization of effective teaching still needs the learning -orientated teaching evaluation's follow and join.Human being is open (to the internal and external world), and only in this way could human beings actually form; life is open, and only this way could make "the everyday sun" fresh; the teaching life is open too, and only openness could make teaching full of vitality. Effective teaching could be developed (needs to be developed), could be "criticized" and "transcended", but couldn't be denied casually in any way.
