The sports didactical reform has carried out for more than 20years. As the important part of the physical education the sports teaching should serve for the training of the comprehensive, free and harmonious talents. During the reform the objects of the sports teaching are expanded, the content is plentiful, the methods are improved and the thoughts are developed.The sports teaching idea has developed into the plenty teaching ideas including constitutional teaching, skill teaching, competitive sports teaching, success teaching, happy teaching idea and so on. The plenty teaching ideas reflects the flourishing of the sports didactical reform, it also attacks the teaching system which pays most attention to the skill teaching with the competitive sports and the constitutional teaching as the end view.People oriented integrated development is the main theme of the current school education. How to achieve the people oriented integrated development, the physical education can face the students indeed and understood and keen on by the students is the concerned problems. The aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching idea is put forward by the careful study of the problems and experience of the sports didactical reform and the application of the sports in the training of the comprehensive, free, harmonious persons. The aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching is multiple, comprehensive and all-sided idea. It rests on the student oriented idea that serves for the establishment of the harmonious society from the angle of the training of the talents. It emphasizes that more attention should be given to the training of the surveying and experiencing the aesthetic education to promote the integration of the body and mind by the art teaching full of emotion, the integration of the teaching and learning, the teacher and the student, the content and the form, the improvement of the physique and the grasp of the skill, the perception and the experience as well. As the exposition above, the main problems and the ideas are as follows.First, it analyzes the history and the course of the development of the sports teaching ideas, the trends, the content, the problems and the views of the current research of the sports didactical reform. It puts forward the necessity, the value and the theoretical principle of the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching idea from the angle of the establishment of the harmonious society.Second, the law of the unity of oppositeness is used to analyze the contradiction in the sports teaching. It believes that so many unities and oppositeness are filled in the course, including, building up health and grasping the skills and knowledge, improving the level of the competitive sport and the wide spreading of the sports knowledge, the successful and frustrated experience, the happy and painful feelings, the cooperation and the competition, the body and the mind, the emotion and the will and so on. These unities and oppositeness constitute the harmony of the sports teaching. They can not be divided manmade. The sports teaching can be misguided and the deviation will appear in talents training if this happens.Third, it analyzes the sports teaching in the point view of the aesthetic and the harmony, the connotation and the value of the aesthetic and the harmony and the meaning to the sports teaching. It discusses the aesthetic of the sports teaching and the charm of the harmony, analyzes the methods of using the sports to learn aesthetic, the necessity and the feasibility of improving the aesthetic appreciation and the ability in the sports teaching. It analyzes the double meaning to the society and the individual in the view of the integrated development of people, the people oriented harmonious class and the establishment of the harmonious society. Forth, the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching is a kind of art teaching. The art of teaching is the way to realize the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching. It analyzes the art of teaching and its essence, the art characteristics, formal expression and the functions of the sports training. However it believes that the art of sports teaching plays an irreplaceable role in the improving of the teaching quality and the training of the harmonious personality and the aesthetic sentiment. It discusses the design of the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching art from the need, the objects, and the evaluation of the sports teaching.Fifth, while the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching on the basis of the art is a kind of art teaching, it needs emotion. The emotion is the core and the key of the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching. It analyzes the value and role of the emotion in the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching, the mode and methods of emotion teaching and the establishment of the system of the aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching. It analyzes the influence of the sports activity to the emotion of the students, especially the influence of the aesthetic to the motives and the interest of the sports study. The physical education teachers put nothing but the earnestness and the passion into the sports teaching, the flowers of the art teaching can bloom. The aesthetic and the harmonious sports teaching can be achieved nothing but to respect concern and love every student by the establishing of the equal, democratic and harmonious relation between the teacher and the student.
