Most parts of western sociology theories were originated from the category of "Individual socialization", and different theoretical schools had different explanations to the concept of it according to the "society" logic. At the very beginning, the concern of socialization exceeded the boundary of sociological research. There were various research angles and stresses in different subjects according to their own characters and missions. However, most socialization researches were from the angle of social structure and social culture's supervision on individual while very few researches came from the social psychological characteristic development of human. Until the middle-end of the 20th century, some researchers paid attention to contradiction between the action of individual and the social structure, trying to find the factors, relationship and mechanism etc. from the interaction between individuals and social culture. But there were few positive researches from . the field angle. Owing to the students' social development problem which is in the theories position, this current research has chosen a social field angle of view aiming at the factors of the students' r socialization under new history condition, reinvestigating the connotation and development possibility of students' socialization, trying to combine the positive research and analytical methodology, overcoming the limits of traditional social theories and simplex mental characteristic, seeking the new ways to promote social development of students.Along with the changing of the modern society living environment, students face not only conflict between modern and traditional culture, but also the social contraction of the realistic and dummy. This makes the social development process more complicated. The school education has not responded to the request of the social development yet. It is widespread for schools to neglect the students' socialization. The result is the deviation or distort in the students' character and social development at a certain degree. Coming from these problems and the old theories research on students' social development, the purpose of my research is to provide certain hermeneutic framework and strategic reference according to some viewpoints of the contemporary sociology, psychology, anthropology etc., trying to educate sociology of academics visual field, making use of integration of methodology, targeting of high school students specially analyzing the area of their school, community, the family factor and concrete society field, discussing the dimension, effect factor, characteristics of development and their impacts.As a research of Sociology of Education, the students' social development involves the research of the relationship between human and society, education and sociality course, the role of the students, the living environment and social field from the view of social field, human's sociality is an integration of social attributes which are based on human's inherent biological attributes, is the outcome of the interaction between individual and society process. The sociality of students not only expresses the individual's inside psychological characteristic, but also expresses the special constructing course and dynamic characteristics in students' social network and field. The student is in a certain social network, having the special social status and identity, and is socialized through social association and social community, but each kind of acculturation paths has its own form of norms, expectations and social environment. The environmental factor, relationship network and social activity, which affect individual's social behavior, constitute the social field for students' social development. The development of students' sociality is the process that based on the characteristics of social relationship, the ability to undertake the social role and its formation and development sign is the integration of individual social system structure and function.This paper believes that it should be set out from the correlation of the education and social development, placing the the concern of students' social development into the social field, investigating the change of students' living world and social condition, analyzing students' social status and social field. We should not only analyze the condition, mechanism and approach of students' social development during the social change period, but also analyze the purpose and possibility of students' social development, querying into students' society under new historical condition according to the person's development regulation and the education purpose. According to the research topic, assumption, the norm and the technique request of empirical research, we carry on the questionnaire, field investigation and analytical research, exploring the interactive process of student and social and the inside and outside factors supervising students' social development combining with the analysis of the society and education condition as well as student social development field, we come to several research conclusions of the high school students' social development problem just as follows:The students' sociality refers to social characteristics and society participating ability formed through participation in the community collective life and association with others in individual's social life. The basic compositions are the cognition, experience and adaptation of the social role and social relationship in students' social life. At the realistic structure, the sociality is formed mainly with social cognition, social emotion, social association and social adaptation. These four dimensions basically covered the high school students' great part of social activities categories, and the content is much more definite and has an operation characteristic. The evaluation index to students' social development also has a certain distinction degree.In the realistic social field, students' role is a kind of multi-social role. It is a diverse and complicated complicated system that influences the condition of students' social development. The students impersonate different social roles in various social systems. The students' social roles and identities influence their social development obviously. The student, who has certain identity, participating in a certain social field, mainly has two reaction types named active and passive. The active type students whose performance in sociality dimension are stronger than those of the passive.The social development has something to do with the students' family and the community background. For the differences of the community cultural background and school life, the social development of the students also expresses mutually connection characteristic. The social development is the process that the person's social attribute system's continuously perfection, and also the basis of investigating and comparing students' development degree. According to the different characteristic of development, we measure various performances and the development degree of students' sociality respectively. The high school students' social development expresses the main effect of school type, grade and sex. Social development differences exist in students from schools of different types; The differences of social development exist in high school students from different grades, but have shown no increasingly larger gap in the progression of age. The scores got by grade 2 of junior high school students are obviously higher than those of other students in other grades. High school students' social development shows clear sex difference which is mainly in the aspects of social emotion and social adaptation.The high school students' social development has something to do with the school social ecosystem and the education measure, not only the education environment of the school influence the students' social development but also the social cultural ecosystem and course of the school supervise the high school students' social development. The students who lived in social ecosystem system of good school are better than those who lived in the bad one around their social development. During the new period, the phenomenon of virtual acculturation, community acculturation student and adoration idol has special meanings to the social development.Education principle which trains the students' sociality includes several studies such as students' social development targeting, the development mechanism and the development strategy etc. The target ensuring society development is the important premise of training students' sociality. According to students' social field and particular social identity, we based on the connotation of the students' social development and demand of modernization and citizen society, putting forward the adaptable, transcendental, whole and dynamic state target. To explore the sociality construction and its development mechanism is the foundation of making full use of the education environment condition to promote the student socialization process well. The students inosculate each main factor of sociality and constructs the whole function characteristic continuously in society practice process, coordinate actively the influence of inside and outside social factors and the interaction between social identity and social field, realize the social development of the their own throughout the complementary of the social construction and the individual establishment. To explore strategy of social development of student can be the effective reference path and method to shape students' sociality.The school education should take the students' whole diathesis development as core, establishing diathesis education target of integration social development with various dimensions and different levels, expanding the students' society field, improving the school cultural ecosystem, developing and making use of a sociality course of school, in the students' socialization process cooperating with social factors as education of society, family, school and student community etc., and also adopting valid education measure in time. Thus, the students' social development can be promoted availably.
