Applying literature synthesis research method combined with comparative analysis and multi-disciplinary, on the basis of some relevant theories of politics, organization behavior, modern leader science, public governance and benefit counterpart and so on, the dissertation carries on the exploring research on the political power, the administrative power and the academic power, which exists in interior management system of the public university; meantime, also discuss their correlation from the point view of university governance. The aim of the dissertation research is to realize the conformity mechanism of university interior powers and to construct a kind of relatively scientific and reasonable interior governance system of university. The dissertation plays very important theory and practice significances role in sustainable development of university and the construction of harmonious campus. The major contents as follows:Firstly, it defines the correlative concepts and basic theories. The dissertation defines power, political power, administrative power and academic power and their contents. This part also introduces some basic theories such as politic, organization behavior, modern leader scientific, public governance and stakeholder counterpart. Inspiration from basic theories guidance can enlighten novelty idea to study from different points of view.Secondly, on the base of the research on international comparison of the overseas university about interior governance model, the dissertation focuses on the typical Europe model, American model and England model and explains the development tendency of the overseas university governance model, which will play significant roles in university interior governance model.Thirdly, by the research on the origin of the university interior power resources distribution, the dissertation elaborates university historical development of interior power resources distribution, expounds the current situation of the interior resources distribution, explains the current situation of academic personnel participated in university administration and further illuminates the motive of reconstructing to distribute university interior power resources.Fourthly, the dissertation points out that the conflict, the coordination and the interaction among the university internal power play very important roles in the full text. Under the deep exploring of contradiction and conflict both existing in political authority, the administrative power and the academic power of the university internal management system, the dissertation explains that three kinds of powers of university internal management system must coordinate and keep a balance, and forms the interactions among three ones.Then, the valuation model of university power game theory also appears after studying former contents. The dissertation compares the "strong-weak-weak" power model, the "strong-strong-weak" model and the "strong-strong-strong" model respectively. The dissertation proposes that the construction of the power model of "strong strong strong" power can be good at bringing into play political power, the administrative power and the academic power. So only establish the "strong-strong-strong" power model, the university harmonious development will be accomplished in the end.Lastly, the dissertation has curried out the exploring research on the university interior power governance model and the conformity mechanism. After discussing the necessity of reorganization among the political power, the administrative power and the academic power in university, the dissertation proposes the reorganization principles, the ways of three kinds of power resources conformity in university and the academic power-centered power model in university.
