Between Chinese basketball association and its departments of sport management centre,the organization of CBA men's professional basketball league tournament, professional basketball club, there are the subordinate relationship of leading and being led in the administration ,cooperative and contradictive, relationship in economy, legal compact relationship of right and obligation , fairness and justice, responsibility and efficiency.The foundation and formation of legal compact relationship in the market organizations, the confirmation of every organization's legal status, and the profits every organization pursuing, are the core for market performing in good condition. The significance of legal relationship has never appeared ever before.
