Diagnosis And Analysis Of Elements Of Serial Actions Of High-level Rhythmic Gymnasts In China

This article is to reveal the law of development of world eurythmics that changed so quickly, and to find out the weak points and essential problems that hide in the serial actions of national Rhythmic and that prevent gymnasts to from winning scores in delivering difficult actions and special artistic quality.This article diagnoses and analyzes the elements of serial actions of Rhythmic by consulting relevant literature, video statistics, investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis etc. Based on achievements of others, with China Rhythmic Team and other world class Rhythmic teams as the subjects, and based on the materials I obtained from many years of diagnosing China Rhythmic Team, I, both quantitatively and qualitatively, analyzed the difficulties that affected the excellence of actions and the standards of artistic quality of Rhythmic, to provide scientific support to China Rhythmic Team to improve their performance in new competitive situation. The following conclusions have been drawn from this study:1. In rope Rhythmic, there are many difficult body actions but winning low scores, and our gymnasts were poor in delivering difficult jumps. As for special artistic quality, foreign gymnasts were obviously better than ours.2.In ball Rhythmic, the values of body actions, jumps and twists were all lower than world advanced levels, but the values of flexibility, wave, and balance of our gymnasts are higher than world advanced levels. And as for special artistic quality, there is not obvious difference between our gymnasts and foreigners.3. In bar Rhythmic, our gymnasts delivered low values in body actions and jumps. And as for special artistic quality, our gymnasts use the standards almost as frequently as foreign ones do.4. In tape Rhythmic, our gymnasts delivered low values in body actions and jumps, but high in another three actions. As for special artistic quality, foreign gymnasts were obviously better than ours.5. In serial actions, our gymnasts delivered low values, but selected high values in flexibility, wave, swap, comprehensive actions. And as for special artistic quality, our gymnasts use the standards almost as frequently as foreign ones do.6. The problems that should be solved immediately in serial actions of Rhythmic are: increasing the capacity of serial actions, increasing the diversity in using instruments, and improving the closeness, smoothness and subtleness between actions; the making difficult actions into units; and the standards for quality of actions should be higher and stricter.
