"Living High-Training Low" is an important issue attracting the attention of the sports circle for it is a major method developing aerobic exercise capacity. So far, the mechanism of "Living High-Training Low" inducing elevations of hemoglobin (Hb), red blood cell (RBC) and haematocrit (Hct) remains uncertain. SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and common monitoring experiments of exercise capacity were used in this paper. 13 athletes and 14 athletes of Chinese Kickboxing Team were included in two 4 weeks experiment of 2500m and 2800m altitude "Living High-Training Low" respectively. The subjects were divided into two group randomly: "Living High-Training Low" group (low-oxygen group), and natural training group (control group). And the purpose of this paper was to investigate the change characteristics of "Living High-Training Low" and microcosmic mechanism change of exercise capacity. In addition, the results indicated:1. "Living High-Training Low" of 2500m and 2800m altitude made contributions to aerobic exercise capacity, and kicking ability of 60 seconds expressed significant difference between before and after low-oxygen experiment (P<0.05).2. Elevations of Hb, RBC, Hct levels maybe the directive reason of "Living High-Training Low" influencing aerobic exercise capacity in Chinese Kickboxing Athletes.3. Higher transformation coefficient of erythrocyte was emerged in low oxygen group than control group after 3 and 4 weeks in chamber (P<0.05), and indicated that 3 and 4 weeks would be the shortest time for enhance of transformation capacity of erythrocyte in the athletes. Fluidity of erythrocytic membrane did not express significant difference between low group and control group. In addition, PS extroversion rate of red blood cell in peripheral blood did not express significant difference between low group and control group.4. Serum transferrin levels in low oxygen and control groups did not express significant difference between before experiment and after experiment respectively. However, erythrocytic transferring receptor levels in both groups decreased after experiment respectively.5. Actin and band-3 albumen levels in low oxygen group enhanced after "Living High-Training Low" during SDS-PAGE, flow cytometry and Western blotting methods.6. Mechanism of "Living High-Training Low" influencing exercise capacity in Chinese Kickboxing Athletes probably have relations with transformation capacity of erythrocyte, transferring receptor, actin and band-3 albumen indexes.
