With the development of sports training, the simulated living high-training low based on the altitude training has become popular topic within researchers. However, according to the development of present research in this area, we can see that people focus their attention on aerobic endurance and efforts on blood indexes. So the comparative study of different training intensity in simulated living high-training low on the influence of blood indexes has been seldom noticed.The key of simulated living high-training low is that it can avoid simultaneously existing disadvantages between anoxia and stimulated training. Its advantages firstly show that it can make effort on blood indexes. The two stimulus of intermittent hypoxic exposure training can develop aerobic endurance performance, which has been proved. Anaerobic endurance in simulated living high-training low need our deep studies.The object of this study is SD rats, which partly were in a simulated altitude of 3500m.Through comparing the different intensity simulated HiLo with plain training in the influence of blood index to discuss the influence of blood indexes at different training intensity in simulated living high-training low Results of this study shows:1.Opposite complain condition, the intermittent hypoxia exposure, middle-intensity training in simulated HiLo, which can cause RBC increase significantly to transport more oxygen to the body. High-intensity training in HiLo has much influence on oxygen transport function.2. Comparing with plain training, the intermittent hypoxia exposure,middle-intensity training in simulated HiLo cannot influence on the hemopoiesis function,high-intensity cause retic% decrease which make the hemopoiesis function restrained. Among the two oxygen surrounding, after high-intensity training the hemopoiesis function are restrained.3. Opposite complain condition, the immune of WBC have no significantly change in simulated HiLo. In simulated living high-training low condition, after middle-intensity training and high-intensity training, WBC counts decrease significantly, which make immune function of WBC restrained.
