Model Study Of High School Chinese Language Textbooks

The dissertation aims to research on Chinese language textbooks compiling model of the senior high school in our country.The study on various kinds of compiling models involves the background of model, model structure ,the theoretical foundation for model compiling, evaluation on model, but it doesn't necessarily mean that the above-mentioned aspects are involved in each model.Respectively based on the senior high school literature textbooks in 1956 and the senior high school Chinese language textbooks in 1983 by People Education Press, Chapter one and two respectively research on the four aspects of reading-oriented and writing-oriented types in the two kinds of textbooks: model implication, model structure, model compiling background and model evaluation. Through research, the dissertation draws such conclusion that reading-oriented textbook represented by senior high school literature in 1956 aimed at studying the articles themselves and can effectively help students to understand the selected articles, but this model was very bad at developing the students' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Writing-oriented textbook represented by senior high school Chinese language textbooks in 1983 aimed at training writing ability of three genres and adopted the compiling model of combing reading with writing. The model had different effect on developing the four abilities-listening, speaking, reading, and writing, but had bad effect on literature education.Chapter three combines H version, S version in shanghai with full-time senior high school Chinese language textbooks, and researches the four aspects of compiling model which is equal reading to writing: model implication, model structure, model compiling background and model evaluation. Through research, this dissertation draws such conclusions that this model stresses reading and writing, but ignores listening and speaking; the adoption of compiling model of separating reading from writing is very hard to make reading and writing benefit each other; the adoption of compiling model of knowledge essay is difficult for the study of procedural knowledge.Based on experimental chinene language textbook of key senior high school by people education press, chapter four researches on the five aspects of compiling model which treats all dimensions equally: model implication, model structure, model theoretical foundation and model evaluation. Through research, this dissertation draws such conclusions that this model takes system theory and study theory as its theoretical foundation, and aims at training the students' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, and adopts the compiling model of separating reading from writing. This model is better at training the students' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing, especially for the abilities of listening and speaking than the past models, but the compiling model which is based on the strict hierarchy of reading and writing abilities needs discussing.Chapter five intensively researches on the characteristics of unit model textbooks. Through observing the implication of unit concept, the development of unit theory, the application of unit theory, Chinese curriculum nature, Chinese quality, the three curriculum dimensions of curriculum, Chinese curriculum plan , I obtain the three characteristics of unit model textbooks: unity, unlinearity and flexibility.Based on the series of compulsory Chinese language textbooks of new curriculum standard, chapter six researches on the structure of compulsory textbooks unit model. Through research, this dissertation comes up with the characteristics of unit model: (1) the unit remains the basic structural element, and the standards of unit organization roughly have humanistic topics, genres and topics, and ability. (2) all adopt the integrated compiling model, including the mixed compiling model and separated compiling model.(3) It doesn't completely conform to the three characteristics of unit model textbooks. The unlienarity is basically embodied, but unity and flexibility are not fully embodied. (4)Some textbooks employs humanistic topics to organize .unit and the textbooks by shanghai education press emphasize the design of competency unit. These are the two points breaking through the compiling model of traditional senior high school textbooks.Based on the series of optional textbooks for senior high school of new curriculum standard, chapter seven researches on the structure of optional textbooks of unit model. Through research, the dissertation thinks that this kind of textbooks comparatively show the characteristics of unlienarity and flexibility, but the unity. As a whole, the compiling model of optional textbooks-foreign novels study by people education press breaks through the compiling model of article selected reading textbook, and the compiling model of knowledge-imparted textbook breaks through that of knowledge essay in traditional textbook.Chapter eight provides the prospects for the three trends of compiling model of senior high school Chinese language textbooks in our country: firstly, unit will remain to be the basic structural element; secondly, the unit structure component in all models of selected-articles textbooks will change greatly:(l) the ratio of unit structure component outside the selected articles will rise greatly, (2)the structure components will be integrated and renewed; thirdly, all models of non-selected articles will show the completely new mixed compiling model for non-selected articles. Although almost all the textbooks outside the reading-textbooks continue to adopt the compiling model for non-selected articles, they have much bigger change than the textbooks in the past.
