As one of the main training parts,coaches have been the focus of people's attention;their coaching content is complex and changeable, rich vivid personality,behavior characteristics of a strong performance. This thesis is based on Chinese three big ball high-level coaches for research object,coaching behavior as tostudytopic,mainly introduction of Organizational Behavior theory and methods,combination of qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods,by documentary research,interviews,observation,material object analysis, questionnaire survey and statistics,construction of coaching behavioral theoretical system,exaltation coaches organizational training with pertinence and effectiveness.The main points are as follows:1.The coaching features represent the compound of physical and brain, the demonstration of consistent words and actions,the compound of art and science,both importance of physical education and mental education, hardship of time and space,long-term effect of performance,the unity of theory and practice,visual achievements of the work,and the noumenon of coaching behavior.The multiplicities of coach role models represent mentor,organizer,educator,leader,communicator,exciter,manager, reformer,researcher and learners,etc.2.The coach occupation has professional characteristic,but professional degree is not high.The coach occupation is toward the dynamic process of professional development.3.The coaching idea is basic through its various behavioral aspects.The coaching idea and behavior are mutual influence,restraint and transformation.4.Coach professionalism is the comprehensive embodiment of professional ethics,respect-work spirit and will quality.Generally speaking,the self-awareness of the coaches recognized and the athletes' approbation about coach professionalism are higher degree.5.According to traditional and modern concept of knowledge,the coach individual knowledge structure can be divided into the following four categories:information knowledge,method knowledge,experience and skills.6.The coach ability structure is divided into three categories: professional ability,mobile ability and development ability,andformed three-dimensional structure and hierarchy system.7.Athletes hold an affirmative attitude about the communication between coaches and athletes,but coaches' self-evaluation is higher than the athletes about "coach and athlete social interaction".8.The inquisition shows that the conflict has a certain amount between the coach member and the athlete.9.Coaches often use expectancy motivation,goal setting motivation, emotion motivation,inside and outside motivation,positive and negative motivation,and training motivation,etc.10.Coach leadership behavioral essence is an influence,mainly having two aspects:First,amandatory leadership,including legal rights,prize and punishment rights,and compulsory rights;Second,cohesion leadership,including expert's influence and inspiration.11.Coaches training behavior involves the integrity of training program, organization and implementation of strict training requirements and humanistic care,observe,meticulous,verbal and nonverbal behavior,and game conductor behavior,etc.12.Learning is the source of behavior promotion.The reflection is the decisive factor of profession promotion.Innovation is the conscious pursuit of professional development and performance of initiative spirit.
