Research On The Behavior Of Shooting Coaching

The shooting project is a traditional advantage project of competitive sports in China and is the gold medal for the Olympic Games.If the athletes who are working hard on the Olympics and in the international arena are the warriors who are vying for the country,then the coaches who train them are the behind-the-scenes heroes and the sculptors of the warriors.China's competitive sports can be listed in the world's sports powers,which has a close relationship with a group of coaches who have worked hard for sports.They have made immortal contributions to the development of China's sports industry and are the core elements of competitive sports.Zhang Wenjie began to contact shooting in 1984.He has 10 years of shooting athletes and 21 years of shooting coaches.He has also served as the head coach of the national team shooting Skeet and Shandong shooting flying saucer.Both have achieved excellent results.In this paper,the coaching behavior of shooting coach Zhang Wenjie is taken as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey,literature data method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to explore its coaching behavior,learn the basic concepts and related theories of domestic coaches' coaching behavior,and On this basis,the index system of the coaching behavior of the shooting coach is established,and the connotation of each indicator is analyzed.This study provides a theoretical reference for enriching the training methods of shooting coaches in China,improving the quality of training,and improving coaching behavior.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:This research,based on AHP method,build the system of evaluating marksmanship coaches' coaching ability.This system is consisted of 3 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,which mean it has good reliability and validity.The results show that the coaching behavior of marksmanship coaches is mainly affected by three different factors,which are daily management behavior,ideological education behavior and training competition behavior.In the single-order hierarchy,the spiritual life management of daily management behavior factors takes the largest weight,the value concept education of ideological education behavior factors takes the largest weight,and the training content arrangement of training guidance behavior factors takes the largest weight.In the overall hierarchy,daily life management factors account for the largest weight in the first-level indicators of the evaluation index system affecting the coaching behavior of marksmanship coaches,while spiritual life management and basic life management account for the largest weight in the second-level indicators.In addition,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature materials,this study summarized the coaching characteristics of coach Zhang Wenjie from his coaching behavior,which mainly included the following five factors:(1)Strengthening the ideological education of athletes is the basis for the success of excellent marksmanship coaches.Athletes repeat the same boring training work year after year and day after day.In the long run,it is hard to avoid mental fluctuations or slack spirit.This requires coaches to strengthen the ideological education of athletes in the training work and inspire their fighting spirit to win glory for the country.Zhang Wenjie focuses on the important role of ideological education in training and pays close attention to the changes and fluctuations of athletes' thoughts in their training life.He is good at using his unique personality charm to play the role of strict father and use democratic method to manage and educate athletes,thus he can help that many athletes to achieve many excellent grades(2)Scientific and reasonable mangement of training is the core of being an excellent marksmanship coach.As the sports records on the field are constantly refreshed,higher requirements are put forward for shooting training.The previous extensive training mode has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era.Only through scientific training means can coaches make athletes achieve excellent results on the court.Coach Zhang Wenjie not only has a solid theoretical foundation,but also has many years of experience in sports and coaching.At the same time,he also has the concept of keeping pace with the time and deeply understand the rules of skeet two-way competition.Therefore,he is able to make a scientific and reasonable training plan and organize its implementation.(3)The key of the success to be an excellent marksmanship coach is to effectively adjust the psychological state of the athletes.Shooting sport has a high demand on the mental state of athletes,through years of training,athletes hope to steadily exert their competitive abilities in the competition field.However,the emotions brought by the specific environment and atmosphere on the field may affect the normal performance of the shooter.This requires coaches to have the ability to regulate athletes' emotions during training and competition.He also can guide the mental state of the athletes from three aspects: mental state,mental orientation and mental direction,and Pay attention to the changes of athletes' thoughts and appearances,give recognition and encouragement to athletes' comprehensive competitive state of psychology and technology in time,dissolve athletes' negative psychology,and thus help athletes to achieve many excellent results.(4)Attaching importance to the feedback after the game and adjusting the training behavior in time is the cornerstone of success being a marksmanship coach.The feedback after the match is an important part of improving the performance of the athletes.Coach Zhang Wenjie attaches great importance to the summary of the athletes' competition situation,and can make corresponding adjustments according to the athletes' performance,so as to help the athletes achieve excellent results in the next competition.
