Goal orientation in sports refers to the achievement goal orientation shown by athletes in the context of sports,that is,the athlete's cognitive tendency to the meaning of training and competition activities or goals.This result has obvious emotions,cognition and Behavioral color.In recent years,goal-orientation theory has been a hot research in the field of psychological motivation.After the continuous development of many researchers,this theory has been gradually improved,and it has been quickly and widely applied to the fields of education,teaching and sports training,and has achieved good results.effect.In sports,goal orientation is divided into two categories,one is task orientation,and the other is self-orientation,and task orientation has been repeatedly proven in research to be a positive,active,and ideal state of goal orientation,which can help improve Athletic performance.After consulting a large amount of literature,it was found that the coach's leadership behavior and self-efficacy have some relationship with the goal orientation of young athletes.Therefore,this article intends to explore the influencing factors and action mechanism of goal orientation in the process of sports training for young athletes from the perspective of research on goal orientation of young athletes,using literature data methods,questionnaire survey methods and mathematical statistics methods.A total of 252 young athletes were investigated using the revised coaching leadership questionnaire,task-oriented and self-directed questionnaires in sports,and general self-efficacy questionnaires for high-level training teams in Central China Normal University,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,and Xiangyang Sports School.The influence of coaching leadership on the goal orientation of young athletes and the mediating role of self-efficacy in it were explored.After analyzing the data through the spss20.0 statistical software,the following conclusions were obtained:(1)On the whole,the overall level of goal orientation for young athletes is middle-to-upper level,and the task orientation level is higher than the self-orientation level.(2)Gender has a significant subject effect on adolescents 'sports goal orientation.Compared with women,male goal orientation and levels in all dimensions are higher than women;there are significant differences between some age groups and adolescent athletes' goal orientation,as the age group is larger and more It is easy to form self-orientation;there is a significant difference in the goal orientation of young athletes in sports grades,and athletes of the first,second and third grades are more likely to form self-orientation than young athletes of the third and lower sports grades;There are significant differences between orientations.Compared with other groups,5-8,9-12 years are more likely to form self-orientation;whether there are significant differences in target orientation and self-orientation among main players,among which main players are easier than non-main players Self-orientation.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between coaching leadership behavior,youth athlete goal orientation and self-efficacy.(4)The coach's leadership behavior can directly affect the goal orientation of young athletes,and can also indirectly affect the goal orientation of young athletes through self-efficacy,in which the sense of self-efficacy partially mediates between the coach's leadership behavior and goal orientation of young athletes.effect.
