The experience is a continuum that contains the knowledge, ideas and feelings which the subject interacts with the others in the life world. The experience is practical because it doesn't always come from the practice but also aims at the practice. The experience is a constructing, understanding and planning experiential world what the subject has built in his life through constructing, empathizing and sympathizing, basing on the subject's former experience, so the experience is constructive. Simultaneously, the experience is continuous and open because the forepassed experience usually affects the subject's current and future experience. In practice the experiential subject holds the intercourse with the experiential object by his own experience, and recognizes the limit of his experience .He will imitate and adopt the others' experience, and update it in the basis of the former experience of his own. This shows that experience can be unrepeatable and shared.Teacher's experience is a dynamic,comprehensive,continuous,living and constructing process. We should use the holistic and producing thinking mode to understand the teacher's experience ,in this mode the subject and object is a unity. Currently, there are two kinds of thinking modes, which are traditional epistemology and mechanical-practical viewpoint, that dualized the teacher's experiential subject and object. In pursuit of universal knowledge ,these two kinds of thinking modes try to use the general knowledge or theory to restrict the individual teacher.These modes may omit the teacher's lifeworld and his present living status.Definitely the external knowledge will be gulf with the teacher's experience because these two kinds of thinking modes look on the teacher's experience as a non-meaning and calm existence to the teacher's professional development.In this case,the teacher's experience become abstractive and flat. The correct thinking mode to know the teacher's experience is an understanding thinking mode in which the teacher's experiential subject and object is linking up with each other.The teacher is not only a person but also one who is educative. The teacher's experience is produced in pratice of his own and the lifeworld in which the teacher is living here and growing up here. Teacher's lifeworld is complex,contradictory,no-issue and intuitive.It affects the teacher's life in term of teacher's experiential mode,method,result,etc. The teacher's experience affiliated to the individual teacher who is always affected by the bypassed experience,and it is also related with the bypassed experience. In the teacher's life world,the teacher's experience is produced in the "fusion of horizons"in which the teacher's experiential subject and object are exchanging, dialoguing and understanding mutually. The teacher's experience has the characteristics of the educational intentionality because it always points to the educational activities,which guarantees the interaction which is occurred between the teacher's experiential subject and the other's expericence. Except the knowledge and the thought, the teacher's experience contains all kinds of feelings which are formed in the lifeworld of the teacher's own.The teacher's experience is experiential world in which the knowledge, thoughts and feelings are interacted with each other integrally. The characteristic of the teacher's experience is individual, constructive, continuous, integrated, life-giving and educational intentionality, etc.On the mechanism,the teacher's experience is a producing process through which the experiential subject is understanding the natural,humanistic and interpersonal texts. Not that the teacher is a pure single teacher but he is a plural experiential subjects. The teacher is affected by the texts which is affected by external culture,institution and tradition,then the teacher always is in the shadow of the former experience.In this case,the teacher is aware of the necessary to open his experience and fuse with the texts' experience.The teacher feels significant and knows the limit of his experience during the fusing process.Finally the teacher's experience fused with texts'experience and the teacher produced new experience, and led to self-consciousness by constructing and understanding.As a guide,the teacher should establish the concept of "Longlife-learning",and looks on learning as a way of life,learning from the nature,society,other person,and himself in order to enrich the base of the experience of his own. Additionally the study on the teacher should become the "teacher's experience study", focusing on a holistic way of thinking to carry out the research .It need change in the thinking mode which is from the entity to the practice.That is ,the paradigm of the teacher's study which pays attention on the teachers' knowledge and abilities should be changed to a new one which focusing on the teacher's experience. The teacher education should move towards the connotative and holistic roads, focusing on what the teacher's experience in the characteristics of constructing,living,individualty.And it should become an integrated education on the ethical dimension and pursue the trinity of the knowledge,skills and thoughts.
