Zhu Ziqing was an outstanding poet, essayist and scholar, as well as a Chinese educator, who advocated his whole life into the cause of Chinese education. Compared with other Chinese educators in the same period, Zhu has his own uniqueness in many aspects of Chinese teaching, thereby the characteristics of Zhu's Chinese education thought is formed. The formation of his distinguishing featured thought has direct relation with his cultural accumulation, research spirit and teaching practice, which are the factors of the scholastic teacher. The experience of Zhu's being a scholastic teacher has profound inspiration to the improvement of the quality of Chinese teachers in current Chinese Education Reform.The whole thesis is divided into three parts: the introduction part is about the characteristics of Zhu's Chinese education thought, which is stated respectively from three aspects, the view of teaching purpose, the selection of teaching materials and the selection of teaching method. In the body part, the experience of Zhu's being a scholastic teacher is illustrated in three facets:1. Extensive and advanced learning accomplishment: profound and solid"Guo Xue"accomplishment; profound literary attainment; expanding literary and artistic accomplishment.2. Wide and profound research (including the research and popularization of new literature, ballad, classical literature and literary criticism, spoken and written language, etc.)3. The teaching experience in high school and university.In conclusion, the author proposed the practical significance of the experience of the formation of scholastic teacher. It is analyzed in four aspects combined with the current condition of Chinese education and the demand of the new course reform on teachers, that is Chinese teacher should be good at reading, writing, doing research and having the spirit of teaching reform. Each part of the four focuses on the analysis of the current situation of Chinese teachers. With the combination of the experience of Zhu Ziqing as a scholastic teacher, the thesis points out an approach for improving present Chinese teachers' quality. |
