The development of society and education makes a significant change to the role of teachers. Those teachers who only take the traditional role of imparting knowledge to student can not be adapt to the new times. The concept that teachers as researchers is widely accepted by education industry. Returning to real life and taking life experience as a starting point for education become a new research trend. The feasibility way for teacher to become the one who practice and research is to be an experience researcher. The current research work of many teachers imbeds part of experience research, like behavior research, narrative research and so on, showing a certain understanding of the significance that how important experience devotes to human development. The experience research emphasize more about the attitude towards research, recognition of human experience and pay more concern to the integrity of human life. Teachers with their professional knowledge and practical experience already have the necessary conditions to start the experience research. But teaching experience and knowledge-based concepts make them lack of deep understanding of experience research, and also there are many teachers who have lots of practice experience but know nothing about how to start the research. This article tries to make a deep analyze to experience research and supply the strategy to teachers on how to be experience researcher.There are 4 chapters in the text: Chapter 1 is a brief introduction which includes why I select this topic, literature review, the significance of research, and Definition. Chapter 2 mainly concerns why teacher need to be experience researcher. It will be demonstrated both on necessarities and feasibility. Chapter 3 being experience researcher in the experience research. It elaborates the content of experience research. Chapter 4 being experience researcher through the experience research. It elaborates the method of experience research. It will be demonstrated on two sides. Firstly, reflection thinking. That is, how do teachers understand the experience? And it is stated that writing is the most important way of reflection thinking. Secondly, action, that is, how do teachers promote and enrich the experience of students? It will be expatiated on two parts: teaching and reading.
