Being the subject of the dissertation, teachers'informationized teaching ability (hereafter TITA) will be studied together with the relating of teachers'professional development and Information-oriented teaching ability, with the links of teachers'teaching capability of techniques and informationization, with the multi-dimensional analysis of the connotation and value orientation of informationized teaching performances, with the probing of longitudinally processive and transversely structural factors that are closely related to teachers'knowledge, capacity and development, and with the investigations on the development strategy and the sensible gradual perfection strategy of teachers'informationized teaching ability via the analysis of, respectively, the structure of professional knowledge and capability, teachers'teaching technical standard and project training, history of technical application in educational fields, stages of informationized teaching ability, professional knowledge and performances, and the teaching ability of pre-staff and incumbency.Conclusions are drawn after literature review, comparisons, investigations and case studies next to behavioral studies on teachers'informationized teaching ability: First, started by affection and ended at wisdom, the development of TITA is dynamic, it is featured with obvious phases namely attention, learning and imitation, transfer and syncretism, and intelligent creation. They focus on different aspects such as affection for informationized teaching, acquisition for knowledge and technology, practice and generation of wisdom.Second, TITA connotates the integrated ability of using information resources to teach and fulfill tasks aimed at promoting student's development. It is the core ability for teachers within informationized society to use information resources for teaching.Third, the knowledge structure of a teacher's teaching ability can be divided into three levels: the first is consisted of knowledge of subject, general pedagogic, subject-pedagogies and teaching techniques, which is the foundation of TITA; the second, knowledge of informationized subject and pedagogies, which is the body of TITA; the third informationized subject pedagogies, which is the highest requirement of TITA cored by knowledge of teaching techniques, informationized subject, informationized pedagogies and informationized subject pedagogies.Fourth, TITA have six sub-abilities: transfer, syncretizing, communication, assessment, collaboration abilities of informationized teaching and the ability of promoting students'informationized learning ability.Fifth, TITA is developed with macro-strategy, meso-strategy and Micro-strategy. Macro-strategy is the exterior condition that is composed of social development needs, policy, educational revolution, school supporting and motivations for growth. Meso-strategy is the methodology that enhances development, it can be noticed in the combinations of pre-staff and incumbency training, traditional and cyber online learning, technology and application, autonomous and collaborated learning. Micro-strategy is the interior system and direct condition that bring about development. It is centered on the accumulation of autonomous learning, application transfer over teaching practices and dialogues & communications given priority to collaborative teaching.
