The Chinese Communist Party and the country has always attached great importance to the ideological and political education for college students, and continually strengthened and improved the ideological and political education through the introduction of relevant documents and policies. As is known that the improvement of human's ideological and moral quality is a complex process, coordinated development of knowledge, emotion, will and action, in which the action is the key point. However, the lack of education through practice has been generally existed in the current ideological and political education, which leaded to the cognitive separation not only between theory and practice but also between knowledge and action of college students, and made a large influence on the effectiveness of ideological and political education. This thesis focuses on the current existing problem, bases on the discipline of the growth of talents and of the morality of college students, uses several methods such as text reading, research and comparative analysis, takes practice activity as study object, analyzes the significant value of it in the development of talents, especially in the forming process of the people's ideological and moral quality, argues the limitation and shortage of the relative close and partly indoctrination of the traditional education pattern. Meanwhile, through the analysis of the current condition of education through practice in the college ideological and political education, and based on the current condition of the reform of credit system of colleges and the quality education, this thesis tries to absorb the teaching concepts and meaningful solutions, and to construct a teaching mode which can be in keeping with the characteristics of our country's colleges and integrate the value of the theory and practice of the education. The full text concludes the introduction, four chapters and conclusion.The Introduction discusses the choosing reason, the value of this study, relevant study reviews, and briefly summarizes research ideas, the main frame structure and research methods of this study as well as the definition of basic concepts.Chapter I discusses that with the development of times, great changes have taken place within both the internal and the external environment of higher education, which provides new chances and challenges for the college ideological and political education. At the same time, these changes create the conditions for overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional model of ideological and political education, constructing the pattern of education through practice which fits for the discipline of the growth of talents and the law of ideological and moral education.Chapter II analyzes the practice of college ideological and political education, affirms the position, function and teaching meaning of the ideological and political theory course which has been viewed as the main channel of ideological and political education, points out that the current mode, which is putting more focus on classroom teaching and neglecting the education through practice, does not good for achieving the goal of the ideological and political education. The thesis rationally analyzes the current condition of the lack of education through practice in the ideological and political education from many ways of education through practice, discusses its reason and influence, and clarifies the reality of constructing a new education pattern.Chapter III analyzes the significance of practice in the process of the founding of morality and the general development from the perspective of multi-disciplinary analysis, points out the value of education through practice from theoretical level and provides theoretical supports for constructing education through practice pattern of college.Chapter IV rationally analyzes the development of the teaching concept of colleges abroad as well as the impact on teaching concept by some post-modernism theories for providing experience reference, and summarizes the specific practices of education through practice by colleges abroad, and provides reference for constructing the education through practice pattern.Chapter V explores to construct education through practice pattern of colleges, points out its implementation of the principle, management system and scientific mechanism which need building and finally lists several referential patterns combined with the college reality.The Conclusion is the summary of the whole thesis which points out the challenge and opportunity made by the higher education in the new era, and the construction of a new education through practice pattern which is better for people's growth and development takes very important roles in teaching students in college ideological and political education, which has theoretical and practical significance...
