The Research Of Multi-Objective Evaluation Model And Its Application On Coordinated Development Of Regional "Higher Education-Economy" Composite System

There are interdependent and mutually reinforcing relationships between regional economy and higher education. Only coordinated with each other, is it in order to promote the sound development of the system.Therefore, it is important to evaluate the coordination of "Higher Education-Economy" coposite systems.Firstly, the coordination theory of regional "Higher Education-Economy" coposite systems are summarized.The Characteristics, influencing factors, structure and function of the coposite systems are also elaborated.Then, Then some indicators which take little real impac ton DEA evaluation results were removed;and a DEA efficiency evaluation index system was eventually built.In the method, An objective weight assignment method-Entropy method,was used to Quantitatively calculate the coordination abilityof the regional "Higher Education-Economic" composite system;The appraise includes analysis of every subsystem’s scale efficiency, technical efficiency and overall efficiency by using the model and model of DEA.Thirdly,the entropy method model and the DEA model were Integrated.Finally,taking31provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions for example, the application of the aforementioned method were Described,and the regional differences of coordination condition of Regional "Higher Education-Economic"composite system were analyzed in this paper.
