The recruitment of youth college staff is not only an important research program, but also a practical one. The selecting system nowadays has contributed a lot to universities as well as society; however, it also has its problems and defaults. Those problems ranged from setting up the positions, the resources of candidates, selecting methods, and material support systems, culture aspects, as well as selecting systems. The thesis begins with problems existed in our systems, and makes a rational re-examine and thinking about the current systems, and also learns from international countries, lastly raises some optimized suggestions. This thesis follows the theoretic routines of "status quo-the problems-the reasons behind-countermeasures and recommendations".The research proposes that the recruitment of youth college staff is oriented to three kinds of meanings:firstly, the candidates and their backgrounds or abilities; secondly, the candidates and the people around him/her, it means the relationship between people; thirdly, the candidates and the university's culture. What is more, the thesis analyzed all kinds of definitions related to "recruitment", and dimensions of recruitment systems, which consist of the selecting principles, the supposed positions, the resources of candidates, and recruitment methods etc. A detailed analysis of these dimensions is illustrated in the activities of teaching and research.Through questionnaires and interviews, the researcher has examined the current problems related to the recruitment of youth college staff, and has analyzed their shortcomings or influences caused to selecting systems. It may cause lack of fairness, and result in a recruitment of youth staff that is not competent for his/her job, etc. Meanwhile, the thesis analyzed in detail of the reasons which has caused those problems. Among those problems, they include market economy and the social utilitarianism, lacking of culture related to universities, and sound systems.Based on the problems and reasons related, the thesis tried to get theoretical support from multiple aspects, broadened views ranging from America, United Kingdom, and Japan, with the purpose of gaining experiences from advanced countries.Upon the research of multiple theories and experiences internationally, in consideration of college's unique characters, the thesis creatively proposes five strategies, which are as following:selecting from both sides; verifying selecting dimensions; verify the resources of candidates; selecting in advance; setting up reasonable positions.On the aspects of selecting, the thesis raises advices in six aspects, which are two-way selecting model will be adopted; setting up position scientifically; multiple resources of candidates; verify selecting methods; selecting in advance; a research-oriented culture and selecting systems. All in all, the study has the aim of optimizing recruitment work of youth college staff.
