In this paper, we propose a supply chain information bus solution, provide the method of supply chain integrated Information Systems decision making. This was accomplished with the use of Multi-Agent system (MAS) theory, Process Management theory, Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc. and with a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, The main findings are:(1) We defined Agent and MAS theory boundaries. We researched Agent-type, structural Analysis of Agent, features of Agent (autonomy, reactivity, social ability, pro-activeness). The Supply Chain was complex, dynamic, interactively complex and open. We combined MAS with Supply Chain process management to do our research work.(2) The combination of Supply Chain Management and Process Management provides a new method, to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and efficiency.(3) The information sharing factor is main factor of the bullwhip effect. We propose innovative supply chain solutions for information system integration. Supply chain information Bus solutions provide a new method of information integration to share information for each company in the supply chain. Each node company in the supply chain uses adapter to share information on supply chain information bus with each node company's information system.(4) We selected the order fulfillment process, as one of the core processes of Supply Chain Management. We designed a standard four level supply chain which was driven by order and set up a MAS model. Using Repast simulation platform, we simulated the model under information sharing and information non-sharing. We confirmed that Bullwhip effect is caused by lack of information sharing.
