It is said that innovation is very important for corporation, which produces competitive advantage. Since employee innovative behaviors are the elements of corporation innovation, the studies about employee innovative behaviors get more and more attentions. There are many factors could influence employee innovative behaviors. In part of individual character, organizational innovation climate is another important factor that can also influence employee innovative behaviors. However, though many researches have proved that organizational innovation climate can determine employee innovative behaviors, they didn't find the latent mechanism between organizational innovation climate and employee innovative behaviors. And the factor structure of organizational innovation climate is also unclear. On the other hand, knowledge becomes a more and more important resource of corporation in the knowledge economy era. Therefore, it is an important challenge for corporation to manage knowledge resources effectively and accelerating knowledge sharing is regarded as a pivotal process. Many researches have proved that knowledge sharing could influence organizational innovation abilities and organizational performance. The knowledge sharing between individuals can transform individual knowledge into group knowledge and organizational knowledge, which would make for organizational study and facilitate organizational innovation. On the contrary, invalid knowledge sharing would deteriorate team performance and organizational performance. How does organizational innovation climate influence employee innovative behaviors? To resolve this question, we introduced the factors of knowledge sharing as mediator variables between organizational innovation climate and employee innovative behaviors in this paper. And we used structure equation and hierarchical regression methods to test the relation among these variables. It was proved that the factors of organizational innovation climate, including organizational support, leader support, team support and work support, had remarkable effect on employee innovative behaviors. However, the influencing degrees of organizational support, leader support, team support and work support were very different.First, organizational support had directly positive effect on employee innovative behaviors, which meant that the variables of knowledge sharing had not mediator effect. It was proved that mental support had remarkable effect on employee innovative behaviors. Mental support was more important than resource support. Though resource support was the base of employee innovative behaviors, the innovation inspiration of employee would not be represented until they agreed with organizational value.Second, leader support had directly and indirectly positive effect on employee innovative behaviors. The two factors of knowledge sharing had part mediator effect between organizational innovative climate and employee innovative behaviors. And the factor of leader support, acceptance of losing, had remarkable effect.Third, team support had only indirectly positive effective on employee innovative behaviors. It meant that the variables of knowledge sharing had absolute mediator effect between organizational innovative climate and employee innovative behaviors. And the factor of team support, evaluation of other members, had remarkable effect. Finally, work support had also positive effect on employee innovative behaviors, which included direct effect and indirect effect by the factor of knowledge collecting as part mediator variable. And the factor of task support, work autonomy, had remarkable effect. We also tested the effect of other demographic variables with the methods of independent-sample t-test, ANOVA and regress analysis, etc. We also discussed the shortage of this study in the end and gave some suggestions for future research.
