In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become an important property of enterprises,and knowledge acquisition,dissemination and knowledge innovation are closely related to the innovation performance and sustainable development of enterprises.But the domestic enterprises to understand the knowledge sharing is not deep enough,for knowledge sharing to create hardware is mainly the construction of IT infrastructure,relates to the knowledge sharing culture atmosphere of the organization,the enterprise is powerless,only by shouting slogans,for the design of incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing,there is no systematic planning.About the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing,scholars have different ideas,some scholars believe that knowledge sharing is the spontaneous behavior of employees,mainly by the internal motivation driven by external organizations from the material and spiritual incentive to some extent inhibited the knowledge sharing;but some scholars believe that the employees knowledge sharing needs to be encouraged,for knowledge the output loss caused by unique psychological loss.Employees can proceed smoothly between knowledge sharing,and many other factors,first of all,with the characteristics of knowledge,tacit knowledge is difficult to encoding,to flow in the IT system,it is difficult to be accepted quickly absorbing knowledge,explicit knowledge is easy encoding,employees can get information through the way of learning;secondly,related organizations thoughts on leadership,organization and leadership is to promote staff knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing is willing to invest in the construction of related facilities and provide financial support for knowledge sharing,often for employees instilling knowledge sharing ideas,the knowledge sharing subjective paradigm formation has a positive guiding role;finally,the two sides shared expression ability and acceptance ability and willingness to share related knowledge,a lot of knowledge is of great value for the knowledge exporting party,in this case,employees Do not want to share their knowledge,that tacit knowledge sharing is lost,a unique addition,some employees even willing to share knowledge to the organization,due to lack of skills,not easy to be accepted and understood,it is also facing a major obstacle of knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing ability,psychological situation facing various difficulties,to explore a priori factors of knowledge sharing are needed for a deeper study,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism and incentive mode.By reviewing the literature,we can find that organizational climate and corporate culture have an important impact on knowledge sharing.Some scholars even regard the knowledge sharing among employees as a kind of organizational citizenship behavior,which has certain spontaneity and mutual assistance.From the perspective of social exchange theory,knowledge sharing among employees is a kind of social resource exchange behavior.Then we can infer that the deeper the employee's work is,the deeper the network will be formed into the relationship of organization,interest and emotion.Chinese collective spirit to promote personal interests before the collective interests of individuals,the individual interests and collective interests are closely linked,organizational citizenship behavior of individual positive will show more altruistic behavior,attitude has a positive impact on knowledge sharing.Job embeddedness can be used to describe the close relationship between the employee and the enterprise,the three aspects of employee job matching,job bonding and work sacrifice.Visible,very close contact between the organization and employees with high job embeddedness,self-occupation development goals,the ability of attributes and organizational requirement with high matching degree,in addition to embedded into the task,the employee and the organization is also very strong emotional ties,in the small business community,close the social resource exchange and emotional communication between employees and enterprises to provide staff welfare plan and retirement plan as if to attract employees,will make the face huge economic losses and emotional loss in leaving the company.Study on job embeddedness is the outcome variable of the most important results is the employee retention of judge and predict turnover intention,there is a significant correlation between research shows that job embeddedness and organizational citizenship behavior,but the causal relationship between the two need to further investigate the job embeddedness outcome variables need further expansion.Since the embedding can be explained most of employee turnover and retention,including the factors of emotional factors,economic aspects and psychological aspects,so whether these factors can affect employee organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing,we need to explore further.This article through the questionnaire survey to collect data,the data collected by SPSS and AMOS analysis,after the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and data validation,to test the hypothesis through the establishment of structural equation model,the results of the study showed that could have positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior the mediating role of job embeddedness in organizational citizenship behavior under the job embeddedness can promote knowledge sharing,organizational citizenship behavior and positive impact on knowledge sharing.Research shows that employees' organizational citizenship behavior can promote the harmonious coexistence of organizational atmosphere,altruism and mutual respect,friendly and polite spirit can pave the way for the knowledge sharing,and actively participate in the organization of meetings,discussions,is conducive to knowledge is deeply and less understanding ability predicament,responsibility and spirit of psychological obstacle to athletes' knowledge sharing by deepening;job embeddedness,the values,goals and occupation ability to match to let employees have a positive attitude of knowledge sharing;employees facing job.
