Innovation is very important to corporation competition..Since employee innovative behaviors are the elements of corporation innovation, the studies about employee innovative behaviors get more and more attentions.Some researches have proved that organizational innovation climate has great impacts on employee innovation performance.However, few of them found the comprehensive mechanism between organizational innovation climate and employee innovative performance.Today the spread and sharing of knowledge resources is getting more and more convenient. People cooperate to inhance the efficiency of innovation and working. Researches have proved that knowledge sharing can accelerate the forming of organizational knowledge and can improve the efficiency of innovation. So we introduce the factors of knowledge sharing as mediator variables between organizational innovation climate and employee innovative performance in the research.Using the data from 284 employees in Jiangsu,the study finds that the supervisor support and organizational support of organizational innovation climate have a positive effect on employee innovation performance.The knowledge sharing has part intermediary role between supervisor support and employee innovation performance,and the knowledge sharing has part intermediary role between organizational support and employee innovation performance.The study also tests the effect of some demographic variables. Finally, the study gives targeted management suggestions.
