The present unrest in many enterprises are encountering the external environment,industry competition is intense,most companies start is committed to upgrading the innovation ability and enhance,develop their own advantages,enhance their competitiveness,which has an important role in the industry.Many companies consider to increase innovation performance from increased R&D investment,technological innovation and institutional innovation and other aspects,but for businesses,these practices may palliatives.Therefore,in the present complex competitive environment,if they want to be effective and innovative in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,in addition to have basic capabilities,from its own point of view we must also consider environmental factors,organizational innovation to create a good atmosphere on the potential in the pipeline.The quality of the relationship between organizational innovation climate to innovation success.Meanwhile,in the era of knowledge economy,Knowledge plays a strategic role in the enterprise culture.Knowledge is the foundation of the enterprise,can good use also influence the level of the enterprise innovation performance,so enterprises should pay attention to knowledge management is an important link.Mainly embodied in the knowledge sharing and knowledge management integration,knowledge sharing and knowledge integration degree is also essential to the success of innovation.In the current environment,companies want to get higher profits,in addition to good atmosphere for innovation,knowledge management also need to play a relevant role.As a result,two-pronged approach,1+1 more than 2 results will stand out,how best to create an atmosphere of organizational innovation to improve innovation performance has become a major challenge facing the management process.How good knowledge sharing,dissemination,integration,which will play an important role to enterprise's innovation and development,that is to say,the enterprises should attach importance to and seriously treat the knowledge management of enterprises,it will become a magic weapon to win.This article will focus on enterprise innovation atmosphere,knowledge sharing and integration,the link between the innovation performance of in-depth research and analysis.On the basis of variable definition and connotation literature review on the relationship between the variables of the sort,summarize,and then put forward the theory and model assumptions:that knowledge sharing,knowledge integration is mediating variables influence organizational innovation climate and innovation performance theoretical model.In addition,also launched a questionnaire to collect and organize data,using SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis tools such as analysis of data,and to test the hypothesis,to verify this model.The end result can be summarized as the following:(1)Organizational innovation climate and innovation performance there is a positive correlation;(2)Organizational innovation climate for knowledge sharing,knowledge integration has a role in promoting good organizational innovation climate conducive to knowledge can share in corporate communications,and thus conducive to enterprise integration of knowledge;(3)There is a positive correlation between knowledge sharing and knowledge integration;(4)Knowledge sharing,knowledge integration can promote innovation performance;(5)Knowledge sharing and knowledge integration between organizational innovation climate and innovation performance has played a mediating role.The study theoretically rich organizational innovation climate and innovation performance research,to improve the innovation performance of enterprises provides guidance and practical reference.
