The process of rapid urbanization in China, there is a striking phenomenon is the expansion of urban areas within and irreversible land values continue to show growth trends. However, the existing urban land value theory is still in the theoretical concepts and mechanisms defined in the exploratory stage, the more dispersed the lack of systematic and theoretical studies are mostly from the assets of urban land and urban land-use properties point of view, and for the process of urbanization effect on land value-added research rarely involved. Therefore, the starting point of this study is the theoretical concepts of land value and the actual development process of urbanization, combined with the introduction of the actual development of the objective to identify and analyze the price of land and urban development in China's internal relations, urban planning for the future to provide scientific basis.Firstly, the use of urban geography, urban economics, land economics and other disciplines related to the theory of urban land value-added process of a theoretical exploration.
