A Study On Independent Innovation And Upgrading Of China's Industrial Structure

Upgrading of Industrial structure is the righteousness topic of China's New-industri-alization road and the realization of the change of economic development mode. Upgrading of industrial structure is mainly refers to the deepening of industrial development, high intensive, high machining and high added value. The effective way to realize the four inspect of industry is to enhance the ability of independent innovation constantly.In this study, theories related to independent innovation and upgrading of industrial structure were discussesed firstly. Then the evolution and the current situation of China's industrial structure were heckled. The author pointed out the problems existing in the industrial structure, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility to promote industrial structure upgrade by independent innovation in China. Finally, countermeasures to promote our capability of independent innovation for upgrading industrial structure will be put forward.The independent innovation is a concept with Chinese characteristics.It not only contains the full meaning of technological innovation, but also is the right path choice in China's current economic and technological conditions to realize technical transcend to developed countries. In chapter2.The connotation, main body and dynamic mechanism of the independent innovation will be discussed, further more, a comprehensive multi-powered model of independent innovation will be proposed based on the actual situation of China.Theory of industrial structure upgrading and the traditional theory of industrial structure evolution related to each other. But there is also difference coexist. Chapter2.of this study will distinguish the concept of industrial structure upgrading, industrial structure adjustment and evolution of the industrial structure one from another, the connotation of the upgrading of industrial structure will be clearly emphasized, the model, dynamic mechanism, evaluation method and associated effect of industrial structure upgrading will also be discussed.Since the founding of China, the industrial structure has been adjusted 5 times.Chapter3 of this study will discuss the evolution history,the status quo and problem existed of industrial structure.Then the author does a empirical research with the Input-Outut Table 2007 to analyze our industrial structure. The current situation and problems of China's independent innovation activities will also be discussed in this Chapter.All problems in our industrial structure exposed point to a fundamental problem- low industrial technical level and insufficient of innovation ability. Chapter4 of this study will talks about the theory necessity and realistic necessity of the upgrading of industrial structure promoted by independent innovation, and do an empirical studies using the total analysis to analyze the relationship between the Industrial added value,theR&D expenditure and number of personnel in science,an obvious long-term positive equilibrium relationship will be proved existed in this 3 variables.It is not an intuitive process for the independent innovation to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,on the contrary,it has a particular conduction mechanism. Chapter5 of this study will study on this transmission mechanism from the macro, meso and micro angle and find out the feasibility of the upgrading of industry structure promoted by independent innovation.Ascending the ability of independent innovation is the foundation to promote industrial structure upgrade of our country, Chapter 6 of this study will analyze the countermeasures to build the support system to ascending the independent innovation capability from funds, personnel, system, market and service five aspects.Following parts of this study may contain theoretical innovations:(1) the comprehensive multi-powered model of independent innovation;(2) the necessity of upgrading of industrial structure promoted by independent innovation;(3) the conduction mechanism for the independent innovation to promote the industrial structure upgrade;...
