The dissertation is a comprehensive and systematic study on knowledge-based enterprises′organizational innovation (hereinafter as the KOI) from system theory, option theory, group cases, structural equation model and so on. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of forming and evolution, management, regularities of KOI path. The empirical research takes TCL, Microsoft, Haier, Panasonic, Sharp, Acer, General Motors, Toyota, Changhong several cases of knowledge-based enterprise groups as research object, and makes statistical research on 167 KOI based on questionarire investigation, so as to support the relevant conclusion drawn in the theoretical part and reveal the interactive relationship among the characteristics of the path formation and path evolution of KOI. Specifically, conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The dissertation gives connotations of KOI from the course of the change structure, thoughts, concepts, and behavior angles etc, explores internal causes of KOI from objective requirements improved bureaucratic administration, inevitable demand in optimizing decision-making efficiency and practical needs of choosing strategy patterns, as well as researches external causes from knowledge industry′s driving, knowledge competition′s promoting and knowledge consumption′s pulling. This section proposes innovatively that of KOI have characteristics such as try-error resistance, dependence, externality and functions such as promoting organization become strong stability, prospective agility and hypercyclicity.(2)This dissertation describes that the basic form is made up from path attribute, path entrance, path subjects and path roadbed, obtains that there are necessity of external environment and path formation, choosing of resource capability and path attribute, designing strategic capability of and path model, and reveals the basis of characterization in organizational innovation path, explores recognition and selection program of organizational innovation path from path searching, path recognition, path selection factors analysising and selection model. Through structures competition-game model of KOI path under predation competition and concurrence these three interdependent relationships, the dissertation draws that different "interdependent relationship" correspond to different paths of KOI when knowledge-based enterprises participate in the organization innovation competition. Convergence process of stable equilibrium solution in competition-game mode can be roughly depict adaptation process of KOI path.(3)This dissertation reveals evolution mechanism of KOI path, builds up delay option model and suspended option model on the path evolution of KOI. In addition, this dissertation comparative studies on common models′differences of KOI path evolution from fitting, shift upward movement and fractal.(4)By means of typical cases study and constructing structural equation model of the formation and evolution of KOI path, this dissertation makes empirical reseach and obtains that the inductivity and binding character of the formaiton and evoluiton of KOI path for adaptability has positive correlation; the inductivity and binding character of the formaiton and evoluiton of KOI path for dependability has positive correlation; the complexity of the formaiton and evoluiton of KOI path for adaptability does not have positive correlation. The inductivity of the formaiton and evoluiton of KOI path has more influences on adaptability than binding character; and the dependability of the formaiton and evoluiton of KOI path affectes more by indirect factors such as inductivity character, binding character and adaptability character rather than binding character′s direct influence.
