| Dairy products have become one of the indispensable food in people's lives, the safety of which can not be overvalued. In the past few years, China's frequent major dairy security incidents have made the safety of dairy products a social problem with high degree of concern. Dairy products have unique features from other foods, for a series of links may have potential threatening factors to the safety of them, from the feed, breeding, raw milk, acquisition, production, processing, transportation, consumer market to the table. The whole industry chain is very long, many market players involved, and the interests of different markets vary in different environments. In order to eliminate potential threats as much as possible, create a safe, reliable dairy market, increase people's happiness index and promote social harmony, this essay focuses on the economic analysis on the regulation of dairy products safety, by using the theories of externalities, information asymmetry and other economic ones, as well as a combination of macro and micro, game analysis and other methods, making efforts to improve the safety of China's dairy regulation system. The essay includes 6 chapters.Chapter one is mainly about the research background, significance, methods, basic structure, contents and innovation and shortcomings.Chapter two is theories and literature review, mainly sorting out the safety regulation theories and literature for domestic and foreign food, dairy products to explore the theoretical or methodological innovation.Chapter three is the analysis on the regulation of the dairy products safety in terms of economy. First of all, it indicates the factors that affect the performance of dairy products safety regulation by game analysis on them. Second, the safety regulation mode of dairy products is built on the economic analysis of relationship between different markets, on which a reasonable threshold for interest demands is made, providing references for government regulation.Chapter four is introduction to the history of safety regulations on China's dairy development. The current situation and existing problems are described and causes are futher analysed, laying a solid foundation for policies and measures. Chapter five is the comparative analysis of dairy products safety regulations in some developed countries, of which the characteristics of a single agency regulation mode reprented by the European Union as well as multi-sectoral regulatory system reprented by the United States and Japan are analyzed. Meanwhile the same analysis is also conducted in South Korea, Australia and the Netherlands, providing a reference for better China's dairy product safety regulations.Chapter six is the policy recommendations on China's dairy product safety regulations from two aspects:the regulation system and structure. |
