Constructing The Mechanism Of Team Innovation Network And Promoting The Innovation Team Competitive Advantage

Team Innovation Network is the power advancing the sustainable development of the team and the source producing competitive advantages. The features of Team Innovation Network impacts on the organizational learning outcomes, so that it determines the result of a competition. Theoretically, this paper employs innovation network, organizational learning and competitive advantage as the basic research elements, builds the theoretical model of Team Innovation Network based on innovation network theory, organizational learning theory and competitive advantage theory. Furthermore, this paper makes a study and a statement of basic research elements and internal functions. Practically, by empirical and systematic research, this paper confirm that the theoretical model is correct, makes a hypotheses, then discuss the result of the hypotheses and at last reveals the theoretical value and its significance to the practice.Employing documentary research, questionnaires and statistical analysis, in this paper the author makes a series of studies.
