With the globalization of competition, the research of supply chain has re-ceived more attention. With the development of the information technology andcomputer technology, the research of supply chain has been changed from staticto dynamic. Therefore to study the dynamism of the supply chain and to controlthe dynamic supply chain have important theoretical and practical importance.The contents of the dissertation includes:Firstly this dissertation studies the delay-dependent H_∞control of closed-loop supply chain system with multiple delays. It puts forward a dynamic modelof a closed-loop supply chain system with remanufacturing delay and disposaldelay. The locally optimal performance and the delay-dependent H_∞controlstrategy of the supply chain system are obtained for different delays. A mixedalgorithm combining immune genetic algorithm and linear matrix inequalitymethod is designed for achieving the globally optimal performance and the delay-dependent H_∞control strategy for the closed-loop supply chain system. Numer-ical example shows that the uncertain impact of the supply chain system can berestrained by the delay-dependent H_∞control strategy so that the closed-loopsupply chain system can run at a stable state.Subsequently this dissertation studies the delay-dependent H_∞control ofclosed-loop supply chain system based on the cooperation between two singlechains with multiple delays. The locally optimal performance and the delay-dependent H_∞control strategy of the supply chain system are obtained for dif-ferent delays. The globally optimal performance and the delay-dependent H_∞control strategy are achieved for the closed-loop supply chain system by themixed algorithm. Numerical example shows that the uncertain impact of thesupply chain system can be restrained by the delay-dependent H_∞control strat-egy so that the closed-loop supply chain system based on the cooperation betweentwo single chains can run at a stable state.Then this dissertation analyzes the operation situation of a 3-echelon dy- facturer and a distribution 3-stage supply chain composed of two retailers, onedistributor and one manufacturer by simulation respectively. Based on movingaverage method dynamic models of supply chain composed of retailers, distribu-tor and manufacturer are established. The inffuence of the inventory adjustmentpolicy to the stability of the whole supply chain system is analyzed. The inffu-ence of the inventory adjustment policy and the setting value of the safety stockto the total cost and the customer satisfaction degree are also studied.
