The Research On Modern Service Industry System

The rapid development of modern service industry is the basic requirment of improving the industral structure.It is very important for China to reform of the way of ecnomic development and realize the sustainable development.Basing on the theory analysis,combining qualitative with ration analysis,this dissertation makes a series of researching on the system's struture,composition factors,running mechanism, power model,causal ralation model,main feedback cycles,system simulation and prediction of modern service industry system.It is eagerly for me to provide scientific theory basis and applicable methods to modern service industry development in China.There are three parts of the major innovative contents in this dissertation. Firstly,by constructing the structural frame of modern service industry system, the dissertation proposes that modern service industry system is a composite system of ecnomy,society and society integrated by all kinds of modern service industry factors under the background of region's ecology, society,economy and culture.Modern service industry system is consists of four second-level systems,they are demand second-level system,attractive force second-level system,element second-level system and support second-level system,each second-level system also has many elements in it.Rely on restrict and support among the second-level systems,the modern service industry gains the fine movement and sustainable development.Secondly,by using the system dynamics principle and software VENSIM,this dissertation constructs the simulation model of modern service industry system and makes the inspection with the model.It takes TianJin Binhai New Area as a case,carring on the simulation model,analyzing and foercasting the resault of the model.This dissertation has found a quabtitative method to explore the operating mechanism of modern service industry system,observes characteristics of modern service industry system,finds the key feedback loop which play the most important role,discovers the plicy leverage points for the development of modern service industry system and provides the basis for sustainable development of modern service industry system.Thirdly,the dissertation establishes the power model of modern service industry system.By using the principal component analysis and regression analysis,with the typical cities'datas,the dissertation analyses on the major power factors of the modern service industry quantitatively and puts forward four power models of modern service industry system.Each power model has the special feature,and formed under the different developing stage and ecnomic-social conditions.Each region may collate its own power model with the reserch accoplishment and provide the improving method of its modern service industry system.There are some guiding value to the practice on the modern service industry development by the reserch accomplishment of the dissertation.In the meantime,the train of thought and method on research also have some reference signiificance to the same kinds of problems in economic and social territory.
