The Empirical Research On The Relation Among Microenvironment,Entrepreneurial Network And Entrepreneurial Performance

The role of entrepreneurship in the economic development has been recognizeduniversally, entrepreneurship in the cultivating the innovation, promoting enterprise'sperformance, changing the industrial structure, promoting the employment, increasing theper capita income level and economic growth is a very important factor. Entrepreneurshiphas the vital role on the long-term development of a state and it can improve thecompetitiveness, it has become the driving force of success of each industry, and then it waspaid to the universal attention by the government and academia. With the increasingly deepentrepreneurship research, the point of view of the research continuous expansion, theimportant influence of environment and network on the performance was paid by thegeneral attention. However, previous research about entrepreneurial environment mainlyfocused on the macro environment, about the internal business environment research is stillvery little, to explore how the enterprise through the perfect the internal environment toensure sustainable development and the gain competitive advantage, and promote thegrowth of the performance has very important significance.In this article, through to define and measure the dimension of the microenvironment,entrepreneurial network, this paper will explore the inner link of the environment,entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial performance, construct the relationship ofelements among the theoretical model, and empirically research on the relationship betweenthese elements.In this paper, based on contingency theory, resource based theory, social networktheory, the enterprise competence theory, review and comb the related literature about the environment, entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial performance and service industryat home and abroad. On the basis of the related literature review, define and measure thedimension of the microenvironment, entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial performance,and based on this, puts forward the theoretical model of relationship among the elements.According to the theoretical model in this paper, combining with the actual situation ofChina's service industries entrepreneurship, and put forward the relevant hypothesizes ofrelationship among factors. It mainly includes the relevant hypothesizes of the relationshipamong microenvironment and entrepreneurial performance, relevant hypothesizes of therelationship between microenvironment and entrepreneurial network, the relevanthypothesizes of the relationship between entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurialperformance.Based on the relevant hypothesizes, investigated the service industry enterprises ofthree capital cities, Changchun, Taiyuan and Zhengzhou, using SPSS17.0 statisticalsoftware, analyzed the data and tested 11 hypothesizes, including nine hypothesis wereidentified, but two assumptions were not identified. On the base of empirical study, furtherdiscuss the results of the test, further discuss the theoretical value and practical value of theidentified hypothesis, for the not identified hypothesis, in combination with the actualsituation of service industry enterprise, discuss the reason why they were not identified.Finally, this study systematically summarize, and put forward the main conclusion,innovation points and the research direction in the future. The main conclusions are asfollows: innovativeness has the positive influence on entrepreneurial performance;organizational flexibility has the positive influence on entrepreneurial performance; relaxedenvironment has the positive influence on entrepreneurial performance; innovativeness hasthe positive influence on network size; innovativeness has the positive influence on networkintensity; organizational flexibility has the positive influence on network size;organizational flexibility has the positive influence on network intensity; network size hasthe positive influence on entrepreneurial performance; network intensity has the positiveinfluence on entrepreneurial performance. The innovation points of this paper mainly in the following aspects:First, the paper constructs the theoretical model of the environment, entrepreneurialnetwork and entrepreneurial performance, and put the microenvironment, entrepreneurialnetwork and entrepreneurial performance into a whole theoretical framework. Through theanalysis of the related literature at home and abroad, although the related research of theentrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial performance isrich, from the angle of the microenvironment, the research of the relationship between theentrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial performance of is still quite a few. Therefore,this study can not only enrich and expand the entrepreneurship researches theory, but alsoby combining the actual business service industry in our country, provide advice to theenterprise, institution and government departments.Second, the microenvironment was used as the core, the entrepreneurial network asintermediary, entrepreneurial performance as the foothold of researching the relationshipamong microenvironment, entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial performance,through the analysis of concrete dimensions of innovation, the organizational flexibility,network size and network intensity, analysis the influence of microenvironment,entrepreneurial network to the entrepreneurial performance. Because of previous researchmainly analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and theentrepreneurial performance from the macro environment angle, and the analysis of theinternal entrepreneurial environment is very little. Study the internal environment canfurther explore the internal key factors of enterprise which can affect performance, and thispaper will also put the network into the overall framework, test and verify the mediatingrole of entrepreneurial network between the microenvironment and entrepreneurialperformance, further to make up for the shortage of theoretical aspects on internalentrepreneurial environment research, and improve the relevant theoretical model.Third, the research object of this paper is the service industry enterprise, and those forthe attention of service industry enterprise is very little, especially about exploring themechanism of service industry entrepreneurship in Chinese specific situation. The attention for the establishing comprehensive model of service industry entrepreneurship is notenough, the systemic theoretical research is very less. This paper mainly combine themicroenvironment, entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial performance with serviceindustry, explain the interaction mechanism among the elements minutely, and use theempirical analysis to test and verify, this also provide the basis for the activities ofenterprises and establishing related policies government departments in China.
