In a low carbon economy background, the renewable energy sources industry including the wind power industry has developed rapidly. And the problems exposed and intense competition during the rapid development has urge the enterprises within the industrial chain to realize the importance of the competence through the industrial intergration innovation. The industrial integration is an industial mode to carry out the technology innovation which may rely on the cooperation of the micro level enterprise within the wind power industry chian. The research on the cooperation between the enterprises in the industrial integration process is in its infancy of qualitative research. And it is necessary to make further study with the quatiative method to obtain the comprehensive research achievements.The key process of the industrial intergration may be the concept definition and cooperative mechanism of the industrial intergration innovation. Based on the understanding of the concept and the mechanism the wind power equipment enterprise is selected as the core enterprise. This paper may analyze the horizontal cooperation within the same industrial chain and the vertical cooperation between the enterprises of the different industrial chain.To begin with, based on the analysis of the concept of the industrial intergration innovation, this paper explores he motivation before the intergration and the cooperation strategy and integration income during the intergration. In the analysis of the intergration motivation, this paper established the eolutionary games model composed by the main player and the participator and make further study on strategy selection of the participators under different intergration cost and incremental interrgration income. And during the analysis on the industrial intergration innovation, this paper establishes the signal mechanism to solve the selection of intergration of the participators under the information dissymmetry and the design of the receipts mechanism. The results have proved that there may be different intergration strategy in different intergration motivation elements. And furthermore, the design of the receipts mechanism must have included the receipt compensation for the whole industrial intergration innovation process.To follow up, concerning the market structure of monopolistic competition the cooperation analysis of the horizontal competition may consider the R&D subsidy of the low carbon equipment from the government. This paper introduced the technical analysis framework of TRM (technology road map) which may include the tech-recource level, product level and the market level to state the research research hypothesis and establish the three stage game model which is composed by the government, wind power equipment enterprise. We compared the profits in different tech mode and got the critical value of the future technology selection of the wind power equipment. And based on the static analysis of the critical value we found the future technology selection of wind power equipment belonged to market-oriented mechanism and the nature of the critical value in technology selection could be viewed as willingness to pay for per-unit product's satisfaction in product life cycle upon different technology. After the dynamic analysis we explored the probability or the trend of technology selection coming from the evolutionary result of the relevant parameters.At last, considering the vertical cooperation of the wind power equipment in the process of industrial intergration innovation this paper established the the three stage game model which includes the wind power equipment and the supplier on the base of increasing tech standard of the Wind power grid integration. This model paid more attention on the difference of the tech level of the wind power equipment before and after the industrial intergration innovation. Through the model we got the sharing proportion of the R&D cost in the process of industrial intergration innovation. Furthermore, we make further study on the key role and condition of the R&D management ability of the wind power equipment enterprise during the industrial intergration innovation.
