A Study On The Cooperative Mechanism Of Innovation And Quality Control In Two-Class Product Supply Chain

In the global integrative economic market, supply chain has become the competitive principal part. There are four factors that incarnate the competitive abilities of supply chain --cost, quality, reactive speed and service, while the first three factors are mostly affected by the mechanisms of innovation and quality control. The mechanisms of innovation and quality control in supply chain exist mostly in the phases of production, and the achievement of innovation and quality control is mostly affected by the channel cooperative mechanism between the corporations. Currently, the channel cooperative mechanisms about innovation and quality control are the weaker link of the study on the operational efficiency in supply chain. This paper studies the cooperation mechanisms of innovation and quality control between a supplier and a manufacturer in a two-class supply chain by using of the thought and method of game theory and the information economics. At first, the paper describes the principal-agent problem in the supply chain management, depicts the conditions for fellowship to efficiently maintain in long-term and the mechanism for facilitate to operate effectively by designing and analyzing a dynamic model with incompletion information. Secondly, paper studies the mechanism of supplier-manufacturer cooperation for the supplier innovation under both the fixed and vary market demand, me show that the effort to cooperative strategy and efficiency resulting from the factors such as the time of beginning, the length of supply chain keep, the ability of supplier'innovation and the flexibility of market demand by analyzing the equilibrium and studying the key factor. Thirdly, the paper seeks to the supplier's four strategy in manufacturer'innovation when he face the problem that analyses stimulate the manufacturer'investment of innovation or adjust the wholesale price according to the market demand; and set up the critical function of demand, find the parameters of demand which cause of supplier'optimal strategy change; study the way and cooperative strategy that can cause the performance of the manufacturer and the supply chain be improved. Finally, the paper studies the game equilibrium of product quality control between a supplier and a manufacturer in supply chain under both the complete and incomplete information, and finds the parameter depict of the quality contract, as well as the difference of the contract parameter of two kinds of information, me show the cost of information how affect the strategy and the efficient of cooperation. There are three points innovation in the paper: the first,me establish a dynamic game model to describe the cooperation between a supplier and a manufacturer in supplier innovation, and study the condition that cooperation is existed in supplier innovation, the cooperative strategies in different market structure and the influence of the cooperative efficiency by relative factors; secondly,me deep and perfect the model of G-C , get the critical function of supplier'strategic change in manufacturer innovation, and investigate the cooperative mode that the performance of supply chain is optimized; finally, me develop a dynamic game model of quality control in supply chain, get the parameter depict of the quality contract in complete and incomplete information, show the effect to cooperative strategy and efficient resulting from information cost.
