A Study On The Cooperative Mechanism Of Technological Innovation Between Node Enterprises In Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the global market competition and co-operation, today's individual competition among world enterprises has been diverted to the competition among supply chains. Technological innovation is one of the most important inner activities. To improve the efficiency and quality of technological innovation, supply chain enterprises have not confined technological innovation to inner-enterprises but extended to the whole supply chain. They utilize various resources to reinforce themselves and overall competitive power. By using the thought and method of the game theory and Information Economics, this paper tends to study the cooperation mechanism of the technological innovation between supplier and manufacturer under the environment of the supply chain.The paper firstly explains the related theories of supply chain management and its operation mechanism, analyzes the operation and characteristics of innovation under the management pattern of the supply chain, and discusses the way to allocate benefit and control risk under the management pattern of the supply chain, which paves the way for the study of co-operation technological innovation in supply chain enterprises. Secondly, it studies the mechanism of supplier-manufacturer cooperation for the supplier innovation. The paper creates multi-stage dynamic game model of supplier and manufacturer's technological innovation investment. It shows that the conditions of cooperation and both individual preferences, obtains the influence to cooperative strategy resulting from the factors such as innovation success probability, effectiveness factor, market demand elasticity and both individual products' marginal profit by analyzing the equilibrium and studying the key factor. Next, the paper seeks to the supplier's cooperation strategy in manufacturer'innovation when he face the problem that stimulate manufacturer'investment of innovation or adjust the wholesale prices according to the market demand; studies the game strategy of cooperation innovation of suppliers and manufacturers under the circumstances of asymmetric information, infers how the asymmetric information of supply chain influences the cooperation strategies and the efficiency; creates the cooperation game model of innovation under the circumstances of integrated management of supply chain enterprises, and infers that game equilibrium isn't a subgame perfect Nash-equilibrium when it's a one-short game and it is a Nash-equilibrium when it is in repeated games. According to the result of study, we hope that the results can provide a theoretical foundation for supply chain enterprises to participate in the technology innovation cooperation, also can provide the effective reference for supply chain enterprises to grasp the cooperation innovation rule, correctly formulate the cooperation technology innovation strategy, optimize supply chain cooperation technology innovation achievements, improve the supply chain whole competitive ability.
