In this dissertation, the relationships between enterprise initial factors(including precondition and IT adoptive motivation), IT application decision, implementation process, and IT application performance has been explored theoretically and empirically by adopting Game Theory and Econometrics. There are few papers to research IT application problems based on interenterprise game, by establishing game theory model, this dissertation firstly prove existence and uniqueness pure-strategic Nash Equilibrium of n firms'following two-stage game on the condition that the budget(so the implementation budget) is fixed: the first stage, the enterprise decide IT adoption level M i;the second stage, the enterprise decide its own product quantity q i, to participate in Cournot product quantity competition, and work out the optimum IT adoptive level. Then this study prove existence and uniqueness pure-strategic Nash Equilibrium of n firms'following two-stage game on the condition that the IT adoptive level is fixed: the first stage, the enterprise decide the level of resources allocated to IT implementation k i;the second stage, the enterprise decide its own product quantity q i,to participate in Cournot product quantity competition, and work out the optimum level of resources allocated to IT implementation. Based on the results of all the above, this study computes the solution of pure-strategic Nash Equilibrium of n ( n >1) firms'following three-stage game: the first stage, the enterprise decide IT adoption level M i; the second stage, the enterprise decide the level of resources allocated to IT implementation k i; the last stage, the enterprise decide its own product quantity q i,to participate in Cournot product quantity competition. Then this research theoretically analyze at the state of Nash Equilibrium the relationships between enterprise initial factors, IT application decision, and IT application performance. The results show that:1) when implementation cost coefficient is bigger than the critical value, the enterprise precondition has positive effect on the adoption level and application performance, but negative effect on the level of resources allocated to IT implementation; the adoption motivation has positive effect on the level of resources allocated to IT implementation, but negative effect the adoption level and application performance; while the level of resources allocated to IT implementation which has negative effect on application performance(when n>2,there exists the productivity paradox of information technology);2) when implementation cost coefficient is less than the critical value, the enterprise precondition affects the adoption level and the level of resources allocated to IT implementation positively; the adoption level affects the level of resources allocated to IT implementation negatively; and the adoption motivation has positive effect on the adoption level and the level of resources allocated to IT implementation. According to the result of theoretical analysis, the empirical part of this dissertation modify the hypotheses put forward in the introduction, and test them through path analysis and SEM(structural equation modeling) using datum from Chongqing firms . The results show that: 1) consistent with the result of theoretical analysis, the enterprise precondition has significant positive effect on the adoption level, while the adoption level has significant negative effect on the level of resources allocated to IT implementation; the adoption motivation has significant positive effect on the adoption level and the level of resources allocated to IT implementation;2)apart from the above ,the empirical study also show that the enterprise precondition and the level of resources allocated to IT implementation have significant negative effect on implementation process; the level of resources allocated to IT implementation and implementation process have significant positive effect on application performance; but the adoption motivation negatively affects application performance significantly...
