A systematic analysis and definition are conducted on the "HigherEducation-Economy" composite systems (HEECS) in this dissertation, wherebythe characteristics are also focused on. It is concluded that the elementsconstituting HEECS are arranged in a coupling form. Having analyzed theinformational interrelation and feedback mechanisms of HEECS, the authorconcludes that higher education-economy is an interactive and dualistic system.Finalizing this paper, logistic model combined with outlook on sustainabledevelopment and values, and with the principles of sustainability, integration andcoordination is applied to explore the approach to sustainable development ofhigher education from a new angle a view.Penetrating HEECS characterized by dissipative structure, the authormanages to draw a close eye on the relation between the HEECS and the externalenvironment. The theory of dissipative structure is adopted to discuss theprogressive evolvement of individual talents of China's higher education economy.HEECS'evolution process is studied according to synergetics.Education factor isintroduced in Haavelmo dynamical model, A education economic chaos dynamicsmodel is set up. on the base, the effect of labourers' education level to nationaleconomy of china is quantitativly studied, and education economy system's stateof china is analyzed.Assessing the HEECS' coordinating development, the dissertation is mainlydivided into the following parts: design of indexed system of assessment ofHEECS;models for assessment of HEECS;and case study on assessment ofHEECS.Based on historical statistics of the coordinated development degree, a modelfor forecasting coordinated development degree is built up in use ofphenomenological forecasting method. Analysis is made on the condition ofdifferent dynamic behaviors by means of equation for HEECS' coordinatingdevelopment degree. Adopting analytic method of regression to discern theparameter of the equations, a model for forecasting HEECS' coordinatingdevelopment degree is achieved. Grounded on the characteristics of dynamicbehavior of the forecasting model, an optimized model for controlling the chaosof HEECS is constructed. Finally, an outlook of scientific management by means of HEECS'coordinating development is put forward, including guidelines and policies usedto deal with the complexity and uncertainty;more courageous innovationsinvolved in the management in pursuit of both advancing and stabilizing;activeand open management;administrator's major responsibility of the management.
