Research On The Coordinated Development Of Higher Education And Regional Economy

With the development of mass higher education in China,Regionalization of higher education has become the inevitable trend. The development of regional economy needs supports from higher education,the development of higher education is constrained by the development level of regional economy. However, in this objective law, compared with the rapid economic development of Cangzhou in recent years, the development of higher education is relatively slow. In response to the non-equilibrium phenomena of regional higher education and regional economic development in this particular stage, this paper conducts an objective analysis on Economic and Higher Education Development of Cangzhou, and is trying to find the problems in the development of regional higher education; then makes a comparison with Qinhuangdao to sum up the experience of the coordinated development of regional economy and regional higher education in Qinhuangdao as inspiration for the future development of Cangzhou, Including relying on human capital and actively introducing high-quality educational resources; finally , on how to improve the quality, speed, scale, and efficiency of higher education, it proposes that the specialty structure of higher education must be compatible with the industrial structure. It includes cultivating compound talents, developing vocational and technical education, and making use of high-quality educational resources from Beijing and Tianjin. Hoped the paper can provide the theory basis for the decision-making of Changzhou educational administration, and also hoped it can present the meager power for my hometown's economic development.
