| On century 90's, our country carries out the policy of "invigorates large enterprises while relaxing control over small ones", then pushes the small and medium-sized enterprises to the market, which decides their survival and development. Because of there own superiorities, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing more and more vital role in the national economy. But they also met some difficulties in the run which can not be solved by individual strength。The manufacture mode of virtual enterprise which forms through the enterprise alliance, has important pointer and use for reference to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.This article elaborates the basic concept and theory of enterprise alliance, analyses the reason which brings the commodity concrete trade up, and shows the background of GAOQIANG company coming into existence. Enterprise alliance is used to make the development stratagem programming of GAOQIANG company. At present, the commodity concrete trade of Hunan province is being in an upward development period, has superiority, also faces some difficulties. On the basis of careful description of present situation of commodity concrete trade in Hunan province, on the basis of analyzing the opportunity and challenge of external environment and the superiority and inferiority of internal environment which GAOQIANG company encountered, on the basis of locating the trade status which GAOQIANG company is in, on the basis of analyzing the practical difficulties which GAOQIANG company faces, enterprise alliance is founded. The article explains the necessity and feasibility of alliance, and evaluates with the principle of choosing alliance partner and then to choose in all possible alliance partners with the linear weight model and so on. Then uses the contract to determine the alliance plan, uses financial norm to appraise the alliance achievements. Finally draws the conclusion, points out the aspect needed to study further. |
