As one of the important forms of modern economic development, e-commerce plays an important role in the development of national economy and the economic system reform, and as one of the e-commerce enterprise development model, the applied e-commerce enterprises faced with various problems and development bottleneck. So this paper provides decision basis for the applied e-commerce enterprises by studying the influencing factors, development level and promote countermeasures of the applied e-commerce enterprise, and the weak link in the process of development can be found, design the ascension path of the competitiveness to planning the development direction of enterprise, put forward some constructive comments and suggestions for the enterprise to improve its competitiveness.First of all, the application of e-commerce enterprise concept is defined in this paper, and the difference between the traditional enterprise and the applied e-commerce enterprise are compared. Then, based on the theory of dynamic competence, the influence factors of competitiveness for the applied e-commerce enterprises are extracted from three dimensions which is enterprise resource, basic ability and dynamic ability by combining literature research and the method of Delphi. After that, this paper builds a three dimensions including 30 quantitative indicators competitiveness evaluation index system of the applied e-commerce enterprise, and designs a competitiveness evaluation model of applied e-commerce enterprise is combined with AHP method and grey target decision theory. What’s more, the concept "weakness degree" is introduced into the paper to analyze the weak links of the evaluated enterprise in three dimensions. Then according to the development status and competitiveness level of the enterprises, the paper designes two kinds of competitive enhancing mode and the corresponding improving path include “Synchronous enhance mode” and “one by one enhance mode”, Combined with the weak link to put forward the concrete countermeasure and the suggestion to enhance the competitiveness of the applied e-commerce enterprise. Finally, this paper takes 5 applied e-commerce enterprises as example to illustrate the evaluation model of applied e-commerce enterprises competitiveness and the model of enhancing competitiveness that have constructed.According to analysis, this paper evaluates the competitiveness level of the 5 companies and put forward some specific path and countermeasures for them, and verifies the feasibility of the two model, but in terms of competitiveness promotion effect and path correction needs to be further in-depth study.
