Natural Gas Resources Development And Utilization Of Technical And Economic Study

These days, the demands of the natural gas in the China increase rapidly, especially increased in the use of the cities daily life and used as power generation, increased with the broaden of the utilization in the field of the gas used as dynamic force, and increased with the development of the natural gas chemical industry and the other industries which need the gas. It makes the rate of dependency of gas that the Chinese economic growth depends on will increase rapidly soon. There are two material problems in the research on the exploitation and utilization of the gas for promotes the development of the China natural gas industry at last: how to value the status of the natural gas resources and analyzing the marketing perspective in the China objectively; how to use the technical economy analysis theories estimate the prospecting, exploitation and utilization of such a resource. And the author believes that only with clear up of the correlative problems in side of the development of the gas in the China, such as the managerial system integrity, the relative laws and regulations build up, the pricing policy depended on, and the competitive mechanism completely, these problems can be settled. This article start with the technical economy analysis estimation of the exploitation and utilization of the gas, analyzing the current state of the China natural gas resources, the gas reserves in main gas fields, the current status of prospecting and exploitation, the marketing perspective of the gas utilization in different scopes. And strive to make sure a development direction of the China natural gas industry and make effort on settle a substructure of development. To the result of the good resource base and nice development perspective which showing in the analysis, this article raised original points in reference of the external experiences in natural gas management system integrity, laws and regulations building, business control and supervision, marketing competition completely, and at last promote the China natural gas industry develop rapidly. This article has the sense in the studies of the exploitation and utilization of the China natural gas resources.
